Attended surgery for routine injection for prostrate cancer. Mentioned another concern around symptoms to doctor at which time he conducted further tests and reviewed other medication side effects. Explained every in and was in no rush to end any appointment allotted time slot.

I took my disabled son and he was treated with respect and understanding. Doctor was knowledgeable and took time to explain to my son and reassure him. I also felt reassured. Son was happy and agreed to go for further investigation. He was also very impressed by the doctors shirt and waistcoat 😉

Staff are lovely and give a nice atmosphere - even held a spot open for me when i had to nip home to get my daughters red book! Couldnt be more helpful!

I recently moved to the area and had issues in past trying to get appointments or see a doctor face to face, not with this surgery! I have rang for appointments and got one easily. I have now been promptly referred for further tests which have not happened in my last practice, the doctor took his time and chatted to me about all my concerns without rushing me out the door. Very happy with the service I have received.

The ladies on reception were very polite and friendly. Waiting time minimal. I felt like my doctor really listened and was very gentle and approachable. Did not feel rushed and was impressed that he sent me for further tests rather than fobbing me off

2.30pm appt yesterday. 5 sat in waiting area. I checked in and specifically asked if the doctor was on time. Receptionist said no. I asked how much of a delay, minimum 30 minutes. Had I not asked I would have sat down like a fool and lost an hour!

Pleasant, helpful receptionist. The GP was caring, listening to my concerns. Took his time to explain what he was going to do. Went through the prescription so that I understood what each item was for and for how long. Lovely manner with my learning disabled son throughout the appointment, who felt comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment.

Fab service as always from contacting via Patchs to getting a follow up phone call and booking my appointment , always friendly professional and compassionate, always able to adapt to different circumstances and patients specific needs

I paid a visit to this practice and could not have been happier with the G.P.,He made me feel welcome answering my questions thoroughly in terminology anyone would understand. I thought after leaving that I had never met this G.P. but he was open and honest, not bad when you consider he is a locum and may only be there for a couple of months.
