Wonderful experience. I am so happy to recommend to others people. The way the doctor took time to find solutions to the problem to my son was awesome. For this reason you see how he explains every thing to us. Thanks very much.

I can really truly say my visit experience was way beyond my expectation since was the first time a Dr explained things to me to my understanding. I couldn't stop talking about it afterwards @ home 👍🏾

I attended my appointment Reception staff where very walm and welcoming and also greeted patients quickly and most of all in a respectful manner. Waiting times where also really good. My appointment was exactly at my allocated time slot. The GP who I saw was also very helpful, and most of all provided great care and avice. I would 100% reccomend Windamere medical centre to any patients that are actively looking to join new GP Surgery. I have been at this practice for over 17 years moved house, and I am still happy travel due to the consistency and excellent service and care they provide to there patients.

The practice was very efficient when I had to change my old practice due to boundary changes. It only took 3 days to complete.

Didn't feel completely listened to. Was repeatedly misgendered although u stated my pronouns more than once

Seems impossible to get an appointment within a few days (the earliest was 7 days from my telephone call) but otherwise a timely, professional consultation with a definite outcome relevant to my condition.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review, we are constantly reviewing our services, I am sorry that you was unable to get an appointment sooner than 7 days. We are currently piloting a new scheme The Urgent Care Hub. This will enable us to offer more on the day appointments for patients who need to be seen the same day. Hopefully this might help with the waiting times to see a GP, the service will be monitored and reviewed regularly. Kind Regards

I would recommend this surgery as they actually care about their patients well the doctors I’ve seen they never turn you away they will always try to help find out what is wrong with you or your child. My baby has had problems since being born & I was at my wits end, one doctor referred me to the hospital for my baby to be checked out and once nothing was done here I returned to the surgery after 2 hospital visits & 6 trips to the doctors, one doctor finally prescribed him with special milk as everything else was trialled. My baby is like a different baby now he’s finally happy & its thanks to this surgery, & I’m finally getting a little more sleep! Also the receptionists will always try to help & try to fit you in if it’s for your young child & you are really concerned.

Receptionist and doctor was very friendly and explained next steps very clear. I have been with this practice long time and don't plan on leaving .

Last visit was good. Gp took my concerns seriously. Listened to what i had to say. My app ran over but he made another for me to continue discussion and arrange some test. Good GP

Without appointment, sorted out my problem in less than 20 minutes. I had to have x-rays done to my lungs Great!
