Review titled Physiotherapist is very knowledgable
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Really great service from a wonderfully professional and courteous lady. Clearly very knowledgeable and explains the skeletal and well as muscular problem so you understand things so much better. Given exercises to do at home, with a repeat visit in 3 months. My only complaint is that it has been a 6 week wait to get this appointment . Great service.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Came for my annual Diabetes review and am delighted with the way I was treated. So much care and patience were given to answer my concerns fully. I learnt more about my medical conditions today and am looking forward to making improvements to my health. Thank you for your excellent care and advice.

I had an appointment with the Nurse regarding my bloods. I asked about other pressing worries I had. She was great. She asked a doctor to come in and she was thorough, approachable and listened to my feelings . Both staff were brilliant. Professional but empathetic.

Review titled Nice doctor
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Michelle - Posted on 30 January 2025
I saw a lovely doctor down greendock street, who was very thorough and confirmed a chest infection, and sent me for a xray and blood cultures. I drive up before 8 though to get an appointment and there was no appointments at the Meir branch so I assume they've all been booked online which isn't good as some people can't get to greendock street. The surgery on a whole does need to improve drastically.

Review titled Poor Service from the doctors
Rated 1 star out of 5

The reception staff are lovely, polite and vey helpful. The problem is my doctor, very rude, condescending, nasty and forceful. She doesn’t listen and treats you like you are something she stepped in. Never felt so belittled in my life.

Review titled Great with toddler
Rated 3 stars out of 5

It’s never easy getting an appointment here, had great difficulty over Xmas with our 3 year old having 2 ear infections and never being able to get an appointment. However had to book another appointment yesterday for the same issue and the nurse was really good, he’s obviously a bit scared of doctors prodding and poking him now but she was really kind and patient with him and made him feel comfortable to the point he let her examine him with no issue! Then she gave him a sticker so hopefully he will remember the good and not the bad this time round. Thank you, very surprised and greatful for the way you treated him!
