This was my Late grandmothers gp. When we called at 8am for the Dr to confirm her death, the receptionist told us to send an email to request an appointment! When the Dr finally called hours later and we had already made arrangements with other health services to assist us, he asked “have they taken it?” This statement refers to if the undertakers had taken my grandmothers body. “It” being my grandmother, a human being! He has 0 care or compassion and should not be working in healthcare, I am disgusted by the behaviour him and his reception staff had towards my grandmother it is inhuman.

I called initially to make an appointment after 50 minutes in the que i eventually got to speak to receptionist but was told earliest GP Appointment available would be mid October which is not acceptable I was offered physio appointment as it was regarding previous matter which I took although I did explain that my health and mobility had declined but I was given exercise sheet and follow up appoint in 2 weeks The receptionist was as helpful as she could be and I know she offered all she could but as such a large practice the lack of GPs is quite alarming and I am concerned the way the practice is bring run that someone needs to wait so long

Appt on time with asthma nurse who wore navy uniform. Sorry couldn’t see her name badge. Extremely thorough and pleasant. Explained everything fully. Knowledgeable lady.

M I C H E L L E one of the best nurses I seen recently. Well impressed Thank you so much for your help. Wasn’t feeling too good had some breathing problems. She got me all checked in gave the best treatment I could have and now 1 week later feeling a lot better. She even called up to make sure I attend my next check up. Thank you

Good friendly staff. Appointment was a little late but comfortable surroundings to wait in. Clean and tidy. Practice nurse asked how I was and explained everything to me. Told me what to expect after my inoculation and how to relieve any unwanted symptoms
