I got a very timely appointment, had a little wait but didn't mind as its nice to know that patients are getting the time needed to address their issues. The doctor was very respectful, easy to talk to, was a good listener and was very thorough. Thank you.

Review titled Very bad practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Amira - Posted on 03 April 2025
She doesn't know why I am here, and took long time to check my details on a very slow computer (as she described it). She gives me a pen to write my next appointment address although I don't know how to spell it and suppose to text me or write it herself. Every time I ask her question she interrupts me by saying one second. I wasn't happy or satisfied at all with this practice.

Review titled Not had a problem until recently
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Liz Salmon - Posted on 25 April 2025
Seems to be a lack of communication from management to staff. I was booked for an appt in the morning for over 2 hours later. 10 minutes before the appt (whilst I was stood in the car park) I was rung to say the lady I was due to see was off sick! I was found an appt later that day but this meant I had to drive to the place twice
