Review titled Fantastic
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Rob - Posted on 31 May 2025
Every time I have an appointment or check up, I'm always seen in a timely and friendly manner. Fantastic work from all the staff. My last appointment was an asthma review, the practitioner was understanding, kind and I felt listened to when talking about my asthma

Review titled Waiting time
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Christopher Jones - Posted on 06 June 2025
It’s a good clinic but even though you’re on time for your appointment they keep you waiting, I waited over an hour and couldn’t wait any longer as I had an appointment elsewhere so I wasn’t seen. Had to make another appointment, hopefully I will get seen this time.

Review titled Always running behind
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 22 May 2025
After arriving at the surgery my daughter checked in using the computer screen her spores sat 11.15 it stated on the screen on time we didn’t get seen until 12 this happens almost every time I have had an appointment at willow bank they are always behind more than 30 minutes. My last appointment was 9am I asked the receptionist at 9.15 is it going to be much longer she said no shouldn’t be too much longer now then a different receptionist called me over at 9.30 telling me the nurse hadn’t turned up so why wasn’t I informed this on approaching the receptionist at 9.15. I don’t understand how they are always running so far behind.

Review titled came away very upset
by Anonymous - Posted on 16 May 2025
After the last two appointments with the same nurse she gave me hope that she might be able to help me she told me I didnt have pcos any more as I was too old and told me I had to go for a walk for half an hour every day. Firstly I have pain in my foot that swells and is very painful to walk which she knew about and she also told me I had to get a carer for my Mum so I could go for a walk. I said I couldn’t do that yet and she said what if you drop down dead then who is going to look after your Mum then. I came away very upset.

Review titled Long wait followed by inaccurate advice
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 11 June 2025
Upon check-in I was advised of a 25 minute delay, fair enough. After waiting 50 minutes I chased this up with reception who advised I was next to bed seen. A few minutes later a nurse rushed in with her handbag and called me in. I can only assume the delay was a long lunch. Because of the delay I felt my whole appointment was rushed, I wanted to discuss my options but this was brushed under the carpet and I was told I only really had one option. I felt rushed and due to the long wait I did have other places I needed to be so begrudgingly agreed. I was given no after care advice or leaflets and later found the advice I was given was incorrect, luckily I found this out soon after and was able to take precautions to protect myself. Overall I feel very let down by the service and care received, had I not questioned the advice elsewhere within the NHS and eventually advised correctly I dread to think what the outcome may have been for myself. Trust lost.

Review titled Go above and beyond
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by jacqueline challinor - Posted on 22 May 2025
Had an appointment with the GP and waited about 15 minutes after the appointment time. This is because the doctor always gives 100% attention to his patients and obviously sometimes times do run over. My GP is kind and considerate. He listens to everything you have to say and then gives his opinion/advice. I have no complaints. The week before I had an asthma review and I was late because of traffic, the nurse rang me to review me over the phone. Fabulous service
