  1. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Sonia - Posted on 11 June 2025

The GP listened and was very thorough. I felt taken seriously. A female chaperone was available and present when I had to have a physical examination. The GP explained what he thought might be the problem and gave me advice. He answered my questions. He also sent me for a chest X-Ray which is very reassuring for me. Thank you.

  2. Review titled Pleasant atmosphere

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful, even when they are clearly very busy. The Doctor listened and advised, issued a prescription and sent me for X-ray to start an orthopedic referral. Very pleased with my experience. Would recommend if it were an appropriate thing to do.

Always late clinics. I was 10 minutes late with valid reason but they refuse to see me even there was no patient.I wait in Surgery many times more thaneven an hour due to their late clinics.

  4. Review titled Shocking

Rated 3 stars out of 5

After being referred to for physio. The first thing the physiotherapist told me was I need to loose weight and went in to bang on about having the manjaro injection and informed me that I didn’t fit the criteria and I have to pay. Also told me to do more exercises which I do. I explained that I already have lost over one stone and she didn’t seem too interested. I was not examined and was shown an exercise to do and an email with said exercise array he’d. I came out of the room feeling like that I had just waisted my time. I know I’m not the slimmest but I’m not by far the biggest I’ve been.

  5. Review titled Excellent Experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The Dr I visited was extremely pleasant, professional and thorough. I didn't feel rushed and I felt she really took the time to understand my past and current history alongside checking current results and family history. Clearly a highly intelligent, personable lady with excellent communication skills and understanding. A very positive experience. Thank you.

  6. Review titled GP tried to help

Rated 4 stars out of 5

GP tried to help with forthcoming pre op. Getting it changed to same Consultant that replaced my other knee. The Surgeon told me to ask Doctor to refer me back to him. GP is sending a letter to try to achieve this.

I attended on Tuesday for a 1.50pm appointment, I entered the DR’s office at 1.52pm to a DR who has read through my notes and was fully prepared for my appointment, it really was a refreshing experience

I saw my favourite health care assistant, she was, as always, amazing, and I'm very happy to be back under her care. Positive, supportive and friendly. Thank you!

Came to see the diabetes nurse, she was as always very good, she listened to everything I had to tell her and gave me some very good advice. Her level of expertise and knowledge is very high, she completely put me at ease throughout my visit.

  10. Review titled Pretty happy with nurse and reception staff.

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Liz Sumner - Posted on 12 June 2025

I had to see the nurse for an injection, while I was there she referred me to the specialist Diabetic Clinic which hasn't happened for over 3 years. She was chatty, efficient, explained why she was late, she had been sent to another clinic before being informed that she should be at Meir. The staff are great, helpful and cheerful, but something is drastically wrong with the organisation when you have to wait for so long. In a room full of potentially infectious people, that's how we all get whatever is going around.
