I saw the Doctor this morning after having been in pain all through the night, absolutely great, kind, compassionate, helpful, and above all thorough, I felt happier afterward. I have always had Great Service from this practice, good friendly staff all round.

I saw this doctor a few weeks ago and have another check-up soon. I was very impressed by her caring, thoughtful and patient nature. She really is a credit to your team. Not only did she take the time to listen to my queries, she made me feel incredibly at ease and made it a pleasure to be at the doctors.

I came in this morning with a suspected broken foot and was immediately given a wheelchair. I was seen quickly and had an X-ray which confirmed a fracture. The nurse I saw was really lovely and gave me pain killers. She also fitted me with a special boot. This is a really friendly place and the staff are all smiling, despite being run off of their feet. Thanks for looking after me.

I visited last week for a small procedure. All the staff are so friendly and professional from the reception team through to Dr's and nurse . I was seen very quickly, hardly had time to warm the seat. My procedure was done on the same day as going to see the Dr, this saves everyone time and must save the NHS money too by doing everything on the same day. An amazing and efficient practice, if only Romney Marsh could have such a wonderful Dr's service and practice. Thank you all.

I am elderly, late 80’s, with extensive arthritis. The arthritis in my right shoulder hampered both my writing and my general day to day life. It was also painful, my normal activities were sorely curtailed. Through the persistence of my GP, following the deferment of several surgical appointments through my own ill heath I had the operation to replace my shoulder with a ball and socket joint. Physiotherapy followed this and after many carefully performed exercises I can use my right hand and arm. I am so happy with improved mobility. Thank you to the extensive team at Estuary View Medical Practice that made this possible.

I took my husband this morning and we were seen and treated so quickly..all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The Dr we saw was very thorough and caring..prescription given and lots of advice! Fantastic service well done !!

Found myself visiting this MIU twice recently, first with small child with chest infection and secondly regarding myself and something completely different. Both times received faultless, thorough and caring attention, even in the first instance on a very busy Sunday afternoon with a waiting room crammed with anxious parents with feverish children. I understand why we can't identify staff but wish I could thank some amazing nurses whose people skills matched their professional expertise. There seemed to be such warmth and mutual respect between staff members too. We are incredibly lucky to have these fantastic facilities and wonderful people to support us when we need them. Thank you Whitstable MIU.

Cannot praise the dermatology department highly enough. It is the first time in years and years that i felt I was being listened to and not palmed off quickly with the same ineffective prescription. The approach from the doctor was nothing short of the best care available: Un-rushed, informative, caring, supportive and sympathetic. It felt like the best the NHS can offer; Probably, in fact, the best you could get from private healthcare also.
