Review titled Slick flu jab
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Flu clinic ran really smoothly - I was in the surgery for less than 5 minutes. There was no queue and all the staff were friendly and professional. Jab was also painless.

Very efficient. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Doctors have always replied to any e mails or phone queries on the same day. I would recommend this practice to anyone requiring medical assistance

I have always been treated very kindly as well as efficiently. I use a wheelchair and always get the help I need without having to ask. The atmosphere in the surgery is very welcoming and also efficient.

All the staff including the receptionists, the doctors and nurses, are very kind, very friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. I feel confident in the treatment I am receiving for a chronic illness. I feel that they care about me and that I am in good hands.

Review titled Unaccomodating
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 04 February 2023
The Doctors are lovely, and most of the receptionists are polite and helpful, but one, who has been rude on several occasions to myself and other patients, and has recently un-registered me because temporarily out of area for 12 weeks, without informing me. Despite the website saying that they take patients from out of area too. Coming back to local area in 4 weeks, but now without a GP.

Review titled Kind and efficient
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Carole B - Posted on 29 September 2022
I am a new patient just moved to the area. Attended the surgery for a flu jab. There was a queue and we were made very welcome and the queue moved very quickly. It was well organised and I was given the help I needed because of walking difficulties without having to ask. I felt very welcome and all the staff were so kind and the atmosphere was very friendly. I am delighted I have joined this practice. The disabled access is good too.
