Had my Flu Jab on Saturday went and booked in to reception sent straight away to appropriate area,within a few seconds shown in to have my injection and completed all in approximately 7 minutes absolutely first class service with a smile.

I found it very difficult as my 2year old was due to have his flu jab today however he has strep A so wouldn't of been able to have it anyway. The only contact number was for the gp which wasn't great because they are shut on a Saturday so I had no way of communicated that he was unable to attend. I was then offered a second chance for the flu jab for my son on the same day via text but again no further contact number. To then recieve a thank you for attending the appointment. I just feel it was poorly thought through.

Medics and reception staff are always respectful and polite. The whole family has been coming to this practice for many years

I attended the flu clinic today and it was a very fast, friendly and efficient service. I was treated with consideration and everything went smoothly.

Went today for my flu jab and everything was very smooth in and out in no time no waiting, and they even done my son at the same time to save me coming back later with him.

Easy to book online. Convenient to attend on a Saturday. Very well run, on time and very quick. All the staff were very pleasant.
