That is the most informative smear test I have ever had. I was unaware of what they were looking for but now I know.

  4. Review titled An improving service

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Eileen Sheller - Posted on 20 February 2025

I rang for an appointment two or three times before being told I could have a doctor ring me back. Following that call back, the Dr gave me a nurses appointment for blood tests (three weeks hence) which I have just attended. If all is well with my results, the Dr will prescribe treatment without the need for a further appointment. This was all I needed and I think it all worked well

  6. Review titled Great service, Great staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by David Smith - Posted on 03 February 2025

I had no problem getting an appointment for some bloods to be taken. I arrived on time and was seen within a few minutes. My bloods were taken by a trainee (we all have to learn at some stage) and it was a painless procedure. Supervised by a regular member of staff. They were pleasant and polite and explained to me what was going to happen. All over and done within a few minutes. Unfortunately, no lollipop or badge for me, for being brave. Would recommend.

  7. Review titled Lovely nurse practitioner

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Nicola McEnery - Posted on 20 February 2025

I had a lovely experience this morning with the nurse practitioner. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really put me at ease. It makes such a difference when someone goes out of their way to explain things and check you are ok.

  8. Review titled Good doctors but terrible call center

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 06 February 2025

The staff is really nice once you manage to get hold of someone, but getting an actual appointment is a true pain. Eventually you give up on your symptoms and hope for the best. Had to even go to a walk in center for my 3 year old with chest infection, even though 111 and the pharmacist talked to them directly and requested her to be seen immediately. It is really a pity

We apologise if you feel our services has not been accessible to you. You can securely access many digital health and care services with one email address and password. You will need: • an email address (with more than 6 characters) • a mobile phone number 3 / PATCHS Accessing PATCHS: you can access PATCHS by clicking on the banner on your GP website or using the NHS App (if your GP practice have enabled access). Registering for PATCHS: you can access PATCHS by using the NHS App or NHS Login (if you have an account) or by registering for a PATCHS account. 9. Review titled Fabulous nurses

Rated 4 stars out of 5

    by Lauren k - Posted on 12 February 2025

Despite usual difficulties of being able to secure an appointment with GP surgery’s and logistics, the nurses at the surgery are fantastic. Ive seen the same nurse on many occasions and she makes me feel at ease as a person. Not only this, she is exceptional in her field of work (even during the not-so-nice times with child vaccinations!).
