No waiting time though I arrived on time to be fair. The hcp was extremely friendly and chatty yet professional. She listened to everything I said and answered all my daft questions patiently. She was careful and sensitive when taking blood and it didn't hurt at all even though I was a little hesitant. Great service all round thank you!

The nurses were friendly relaxing and efficient Unfortunately the practice is very hard to get an appointment at. Once there they never seem to be busy. It took 1 hour and 15 min to get through on the phone.

Despite having small veins and the nurse having difficulty obtaining the required phail of blood I would say the overall experience was handled with professionalism and care. Well done and thanks to all the nurses involved.

Went to see the nurse today. She was very informative as to what she was going to do. Didnt feel a thing. Very good nurse for the practice. Explained how long the results would take and if I did not hear back within a certain length of time to ring and ask for her to chase. Thank you

I have had a diabetic check up today with my favourite nurse, she is lovely and friendly does not rush you and listens to what you have to say. Always a nice experience with her.
