I called to follow up on a hospital referral, the receptionist was really helpful, she followed up on the appt., and having sorted it she called back to let me know what was happening, she was very kind and the prompt response was so reasurring.

I am pleased with my recent experience of this practice. Gp pleasant and attentive . Reception staff on phone pleasant and understanding.

Attended for a routine vaccine. Appointment on time. Practitioner introduced herself. Information given re vaccine. Took my blood pressure with consent and asked if I had any other concerns.

I came in yesterday 16/11 and was in a lot of pain and I was very upset, I was given the most incredible and caring service by a lovely lady on the front desk. I made a mistake with my appointment time and she went above and beyond to ensure someone could see me, without her help I don’t know what I would’ve done. Her compassion and devotion to me was absolutely incredible and I really can’t thank her enough. Also a thank you to the Dr who had an extremely busy day and managed to squeeze me in and showed me the most thorough care. Incredible service and so proud to be one of your patients!

I had an appointment for a shingles-vaccination at 11:00 on 16/11/2022. Due to a work commitment, I reached the Health Centre at 11:15. The Receptionist recognised that I had made the effort to keep my appointment and did her best to re-arrange it. Fortunately the Nurse was able to accommodate me and administered the vaccination by about 11:40. On 18/11/2022 afternoon I called with a letter from my Cardiologist telling me that he had written to the Practice asking that certain medication be prescribed immediately. No trace could be found of this communication but the Receptionist photocopied the letter which I was carrying and promised to show it to a Doctor that very day. I was able to collect the medication the next morning from my Pharmacy. The above incidents demonstrate how helpful the staff are despite their considerable workload. The Practice should be proud to have staff of this calibre – and I consider myself very fortunate to be served by the Practice.

I attended Beaconside surgery this week with my teenage daughter. The Dr was fantastic with us both and was a real credit to the surgery. I would book an appointment with him again as he was so caring and considerate.

The nurse was friendly and professional. She was helpful with advice and print out guidance. Took blood successfully and speedily. Very reassuring. Made appointment with Dr to follow up.

I need to take a moment to review the service recently received from Weeping Cross Surgery, I booked a telephone appointment which was very efficient & backed up by an in surgery visit within 24 hours! Excellent use of technology with text reminders, notes via the NHS app and subsequent email traffic all keeping me well informed, appears that this surgery certainly has embraced technology allowing it to also keep the human touch. Thank You - very impressed

I started with a water infection on bank holiday Saturday. I had some antibotics to start which would last me till Tuesday morning. At 5 a.m. I emailed the surgery and told them of my plight. They replied at around 10 a.m. and told me that one of their staff had consulted with a doctor and a prescription had been sent to my local pharmacy. They also wanted a urine sample . To my mind, these ac tions were more than excellent and I thank my surgery for such brilliant service.
