    They are using the computer as a weapon to deter you from getting to see anyone. You must have a computer to make an appointment, otherwise you are made to feel inadequate. On their web page they have a complaints link (to make a complaint) but it does not work, so it's not easy to complain. Then there is the time it takes to get a response to anything and get an appointment. Not fit for purpose.

    I only joined the practice a few months ago and every time I try and book an appointment I am very frustrated. Today it took me an 30 minutes on hold (I tried twice yesterday but was told it I could not be connected due to a large volume of calls), only to be told there is no availability to book in advance. The alternative is to phone at 8.30 am and then be expected to take a call from the doctor within a 3 hour time gap that day. This is not always possible when you have work commitments. As a person with ADHD this makes an already stressful task even more stressful and results in me putting off seeing the doctor at all.

    I had an appointment with physio and it was very good. I had everything explained in detail to me and exercises given which have worked perfectly. I now have no more pain in that area.

    The doctors are fab and I have never had an issue with any of them however the dispensary seriously needs a sorting out!! Never ever have my prescriptions ready on time, even if I come a week after they have said they will be ready they never are so end up having to wait a good 40 minutes for them to get it ready!! Horrendous! I only ever need one or two items per collection so nothing complex! They need a talking too or at least better time management!!!
