Doctors do not listen to what I had to say. They don't pay attention at all to what they are doing. I've told my GP I'd like an urgent referral, as I was in continuous pain. I've been told I've been booked for an urgent appointment, but when I called the department, they told me it would take 12 weeks and that the GP had marked it as routine. This is beyond ridiculous!

i have been at the practice most of my life and have felt a home like atmosphere at the practice, the receptionists are all very friendly and upbeat, my recent visit to the nurse was quite lovely i am forever grateful for the team making me feel comfortable

Receptionist was very rude, didn't listen to me at all. I didn't even understand what she was saying. I had to say the same thing three times to get understood once. She didn't even say "good bye", just hung up the phone. Atrocious service!!!

I have been a patient of Valley park surgery for last 4 years and GPs, nurses and receptionists never disappointed me. I went to my appointment 2 weeks ago and GP I saw very kind and helpful. Listen to my health complaints and involved me for the final decision. Great bunch of team there

I was removed from the surgery without any reason and no information sent to me. In the past i experience several problems with them For prescription misdiagnosis late reponse and many other problem Now i have been removed and no one bothered to inform me and i really need a bloodtest as i am a diabetic patient

As a taxpayer, I scheduled an appointment to address persistent chronic pain lasting nearly two months. Despite being informed that a thorough examination was necessary due to inconclusive initial findings, the advice was limited to unspecified exercises, which were never provided. Unfortunately, this neglectful experience is not unique, as others in my circle have encountered similar lapses in care at this medical facility. It's disheartening to feel that our taxes contribute to subpar services.

I have been waiting over two months for a referral for a kidney scan. When enquiring with the surgery, all i'm am told is that it's been sent to the hospital and I should contact the hospital. But the hospital have no knowledge of the referral. There isn't really much I can do myself and the staff seem to be unwilling to help progress this further .. to point where now the staff tell me that they'll contact me back and do not bother.

Very efficient service. Amazing staff, very friendly and caring. Probably the best GPS I've been to. Definitely would recommend to another without a doubt
