   I am a temporary patient who contacted the practice mid morning on New Year’s Eve, with little hope of getting help until after the Bank Holiday. The receptionist at Brill was charming and incredibly efficient and within minutes I was able to put in an appointment request on line. To my astonishment I was able to see a GP (again lovely and so thorough whilst being really engaging to chat with) and had a prescription ready to go by 2.10pm. Many thanks to all and apologies for not remembering names.
