Efficient. Called ahead, relieving attendance to surgery in person. Parking fees have increased. Discussed symptoms, medication, advisory cautions, recommendations, further tests based on my information. Checked for medication needs. Polite, engaging and professional.

Triangle Group Practice are absolutely brilliant. Quick and efficient response to medical requests. The medical request form system is genius, saving Drs and patients time but working brilliantly because it is backed up by a phone call and text. They really helped me out today as I had an infected wound and they prescribed antibiotics within an hour of submitting the form with photos. Along with a back up phone call from the pharmacist at the surgery. He was really thorough and friendly. Much appreciated.

Thank you to the staff last week who were understanding, caring and thorough in their consultations and helped me for my current treatment but also overall health check. Have always had a positive experience at Triangle Group Practice - thank you to all the staff.

Filled out online form and got appointment in 24hours. Saw dr who was very good and referred me. Referral appointment cane through in less than one week.

I went to the triangle group practice today. The receptionist showed me how to use the weighing machine I then had a consultation with the charming Dr . He was pleased with the results of my blood test and the cholesterol figures which had come down. He prescribed me some cream for a rash I have had for some time which has caused me some irritation. All told it was a pleasant experience today for me

Very good consultation today, I saw new pharmacist GP, I think he was DrH other son. Very good, just like DrH he listen to me and solve all my problems in 1 appointment and give me what I need. I am happy I now have GP like original ones before, because they care alot. And getting appointment is easier. Thanks

I am new to the practice but so far I am extremely happy with the service. Friendly staff, clinicians made me feel like I was chatting to a friend, very warm and comforting, listening to my problems.
