Very happy with the quick and efficient service I received from the receptionist and doctor. I found the doctor to be very thorough professional and caring. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I have had occasion to speak to a very pleasant lady in prescriptions and she was extremely helpful regarding my issue, which was solved.

Please bring back a nurse who can fit coils at GP practice. The sexual health clinic on line appointments don't work. You have to ring at a set time 6wks before you want an appointment and there's only one given out. So you have to keep trying each week . This service is unacceptable. A private appointment for hormone coil is around £800 so terribly expensive. This service isn't working at all. You can't just walk in either. I'm a 55yr old retired women but god help young busy women they just won't bother. Contraception shouldn't be this difficult.

On the occasions that I do need to use the surgery, I've always managed to get in pretty quickly. The staff are polite and informative, and help me get the care I need in good time. The building itself is kept clean and the wait times are never too long.

My visit to Weaverham surgery started with 2 very helpful and. Friendly receptionists. I was seen by a very thorough and approachable lady doctor who made me feel at ease and attended to the problem efficiently and quickly.Extremely impressed with the whole visit.

My thanks to the doctors and staff at Weaverham Surgery for the prompt attention and care I received in a sudden bout of illness last week. You were caring, recognised my urgent need, gave clear advice and followed up later in the day as promised. I was so reassured that I was in good hands and how to follow up if I needed to. This is consistent with the care I’ve received since I moved to you two years ago. You are a great team. Thank you !

I always receive a warm and professional response to my request. The Staff go the extra mile to help me. The Reception Staff are approachable and warm when entering the building. The Doctors are professional and caring. I have been with this surgery for seventy years and would not leave them. I feel the Staff both clinical and administrative are a credit to the NHS. We've recently transferred our care to the Weaverham Surgery I am a retired nurse and have worked with GP surgeries and other health care professionals for more than 30 years and feel qualified to say: ..... Staff at the Weaverham surgery are consistently caring and professional. The telephone system is the best I've ever encountered; it's informative, brief, and clear about the options available. The practice website is well constructed and user friendly with links to key information for patients. Staff are sensitive to individual needs and all interactions are non-judgmental and patient focused with easy access to the surgery and appointments. In my experience, there is consistently a quick turnaround from 1st contact with the receptionist to a conversation/appointment with the most appropriate clinical member of the team. I am always treated with dignity and respect, from initial contact - to an appointment with a clinician. Recently, within one hour of talking to the receptionist, I was called by the doctor, referred to two other professionals for further investigations, with a clear assessment plan resulting in "feeling safe in their hands". This is primary health care at its best.
