I put my request to see a Dr and was seen on that day which is very good, as I had an ongoing problem and wanted advice about the medication I was taking.

I was treated extremely courteously and professionally. The doctor gave me the results of my recent X-rays at NPH and explained what they meant. She also answered all the questions that I had asked her fully and ensured that I understood.

Wanted a blood test, was offered an immediate doctor's appointment who checked me over and arranged a blood test to confirm the condition the following morning.

My wife used Patches on my behalf. We were called with an appointment for the physio. I explained it was a skin issue. The receptionist contacted the Doctor and they made an immediate appointment within two hours. I saw the Doctor who referred me for blood tests and told me to book an appointment for when he returns from holiday. I was given the blood test twenty minutes after reporting to reception. PreCovid the service was very good. Since then it has been very poor. Today was superb service. I hope and like to think it will continue in this way and will give the surgery the plaudits for achieving this. I’ll be open minded but it will be some time before I can recommend it again.

Previously it has been difficult to get appointments but now you can always get a face to face appointment and the doctors are good

When I reported concern on my medical problem on Patch, Pinn Medical surgery quickly gave an appointment with Doctor who spent long time to discuss and find out my problem. Ask me to go through Blood test, Urine test and Faecal Immunochemical test strait away.

Although standard appointments can be protracted, more urgent ones are arranged quickly. Care is empathetic and the doctors are approachable.

Very impressed that I saw a doctor when I went to the Centre on Bank Holiday Monday. Unfortunately I had to make another appointment for today when the very nice receptionist filled in my Patchs request for me. It is greatly appreciated as I am not very competent on the computer.
