I was very surprised to be seen so quickly, was seen on time by a very nice Doctor who listened and paid attention to my needs. I was in pain after a fall and was examined carefully and with empathy. It is reassuring and good to feel apprehensive yet safe at the same time. I felt cared for and left happier leaving the surgery . Thank you Pinn Medical, we are lucky to have you as my local surgery such a great place

I used Patches and was seen very quickly. The practice responded by arranging for me to be seen by a Nurse and medication was prescribed.

The practice has been constantly improving and is now close to perfect. Made a patches request in the morning, appointment at 12, seen promptly , blocked ear sorted in the surgery, saved long trip and long wait at A & E or ENT at hospital. Back home for 12.30. Brilliant! Well done to the entire team and especially the GP that saw me today.

From the reception desk to the doctors the staff is very polite and helpful. Doctors listen to your problems with patience and advise them with proper explanations.

I used patches and got seen on the same day by a lovely GP who referred me as necessary. I was impressed by the efficient and pleasant service.
