I was with my son with autism and I waited 1:20 minutes and they didn't even apologize, the worst receptionists there are.

I have been with the Pinn Medical Center since I was a child. I’ve seen all the iterations over the years. The doctors and staff are lovely- but why oh why do they continue to use the ridiculous booking system of “Patches”. This online “Artificial Intelligence” booking system is absolutely the worst as you cannot go online and get on the system except for at 8-8:01am and 11-11:01am Mon-Fri to “try” to book something- but usually it’s impossible and they tell you their system is “at capacity” after one minute of being online. So you have to try again later or the next day! Outrageous. Do they not realize how busy people are? Not only that, but you can’t even select a date and time on the system - you can simply “request” an appointment and then they Call You Back at some point in the day, and tell you to come in The Same Day. How is anyone meant to be able to do that?! Is this urgent care? Or a G.P. facility? Everyone I have ever met who goes to the Pinn Medical Center absolutely loathes this Patches system. No one likes it! So why not change it? Why not upgrade and make the system better?! Who is in charge? Why don’t they change it? I’m online searching for a new G.P. - one I can actually book an appointment with - without this time consuming, stress-inducing Patches ridiculousness. It’s a disservice to all their patients!

I had chest pain and reported it this morning. An appointment was given on the same day, with all the relevant tests done and a referral made the same day as well. Thank you, Management, and team.

I am a worried about my mum and dad they are house bound and they did not receive their previous covid vaccinations, and they have not been contacted to get the October covid vaccination and flu vaccinations and they are over 80 years old and my mum is wheelchair bound and my dad can not push the wheelchair, they live in pinner, I can not help them as I live in Bristol and can not drive for medical reasons, so this is my only way I can help them

i went to their front desk thrice i was asked to register with qr code which does not allow registration as NHS website redirect link seems like does not allow registration if out of are i mentioned to front desk and they asked to send email to IT team which has not responded since last week. I also ask them that nhs website say to print and submit paper form to surgery they denied saying they are not accepting paper form and only accept registration via online. i have sent email to their IT team 8 days ago no response. simple query on how to register out of area patient is not resolved also why they are not accepting paper form.

I have unbearable pain in my knees I hardly can walk, some time knees give in and I fall, tried to make an appointment to see gp to arrange for xrey so I can make appointment with specialist privately as I can not stand the pain any more and can not wait mounts for operation by nhs. I used Patch system as I usually do and get appointment same day, for unknown reason this time I was given appointment in 3 weeks time. I telephoned them and been told you have given appointment there is no appointment before that day.
