I have tried so hard to book an appointment - don't hear back from them. The receptionist asks a lot of unnecessary/personal questions, its almost like you have to fight to get an appointment. I kindly reminded him after 5 minutes into the call ' that I would rather just speak to a doctor - don't feel comfortable telling all about my symptoms' - he replied 'oh you are the doctor now yeah, you must know best then' and he then went on to say - I can't see the doctors there because my address is out of range (when I literally registered couple of weeks go). I live in the same post code as them and 5 minutes walking distance from their practice. He said, you will get a letter, you can't come to this practice, find yourself a new GP. The worst GP experience, I have ever had.

Supposed to be open til 6.30pm on Mondays. Been trying to call since 6.15pm and noone answering the phone

I've been trying to get a doctor to see me for more than a week and they didn't give me an appointment, the one at the reception I tell him I want a certificate and he doesn't even want to listen to me, he's rude
