I have been with this gp for a number of years and cannot really fault him he has been a very good gp to me and my family and always willing to help where he can. I called today to discuss new concerns and issues i have been facing lately and the gp was a great help. I couldnt have asked for anything more. The only let down of this practice is the nursing staff who rushes and does not take care or doesnt really listen to the patient leading to mistakes which has led to a serious impact on my health while they are not rude the attitude can use a great improvement. But again have nothing but praise for the actual gp and I would recommend this practice just because of him. Especially based off my experience today and in the past year.

After being told i had cancer in my neck i have found doctor to be very helpful with my treatment and I would highly recommend this practical to anyone the doctor is very polite and very professional in his job.

Spoke with one of the wonderful young men on reception and was lucky enough to get a gold dust appointment with a doctor same day. Dont get why there is so much negativity towards them on here as they are friendly and approachable and always helped out where they can

Reception staff extremely helpful. I needed an appointment pretty quick there were no appointments available for a few weeks . The gentleman said he would call me if a cancellation became available and true to his word he called me and gave me an appointment for 4 days later. Seen by the GP who was very reassuring. My advice to anyone looking for a new GP is to register at this practice you will not be disappointed

- Difficult to access your GP - 3 week+ wait time to access your named GP is too long - Out of hours hub has referred us back to our GP, to be seen in 7 days. 3 week+ wait time makes this impossible. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the male receptionist. I found him to be confrontational and lacking empathy or understanding. He also became quite petty on the phone. I was disappointed to learn that I could not speak to his manager, or anyone more senior upon request. I was told that no one will be available until next week. Hopefully the service can improve, with the male receptionist treating patients with a bit more respect and understanding. I hope to see management, and the GP become accessible.

I have been in to see nurse few times in last few months as it’s been quicker to see her then the doctor she has been amazing. She has always taken my concerns seriously even though I feel that sometimes I felt stupid for asking somethings but she has been kind and has provided me with information. Not met doctor yet but am happy to continue to see nurse as she practically does it all.

I called today to request for a sick note as I've been ill and off work for 8 days. The receptionist was very rude and defensive, he asked me to pay £20 for a Fit note when Nhs Uk website categorically states "There is never a charge from a healthcare professional for providing a fit note if you're off sick from work for more than 7 days". I politely told him this should be free and the next thing was he started shouting at me and asking if I was OK at all. Very ridiculous setting

All staff are brilliant, always have a friendly welcome and put you at ease. Thanks for booking me in cancellation appointment next day and got seen early. Happy days.

The nurse lacks empathy which is surprising for a healthcare professional. Extremely blunt and just comes across as uncaring and rude. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole appointment and regret switching to this GP already. I specified that I am trying to get diagnosed with autism, yet she gave no grace while I attempted to answer her questions and just made me feel stupid...

The male receptionist is awful very rude and arrogant he has no manners thinks he can talk down to patients I dread making appointments now !!! He unlisted me without letting me know it was only when I rang up for appointment he said your no longer a patient I was given no letter or any information about this when I asked the reason he said it was in letter sent to you
