    Essentially unless you’re dying you’re low priority and wait 4 weeks for an appointment. I even had to wait another 4 weeks to discuss my blood test results while the original issue was left untreated. Doctors made me feel like my insomnia wasn’t important even though it was having a serious effect on my wellbeing and health.

    Dear Patient Thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback. We book routine appointments 2 weeks in advance although this is being stretched over the festive period and we text every patient in advance to let them know this. Test results: We would contact you the same day that the results were back if there were any red flags, otherwise they are a routine matter.     The klinik system is rubbish. Have you tried using it? Appalling. Accessibility to service made very difficult. Trying to report the fact I have been in a motorcycle accident and am concerned about my multiple traumas, contusions and hematoma 10 days after the accident, becomes, "I have a bruise on my hip". Utter rubbish. Another NHS retrograde step. Such a shame.

    Dear Patient Thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback. Klinik is proving a huge hit for our patients and the overwhelming feedback is positive. We navigate the care for >250 cases via Klinik every day and is by far the most efficient way of reaching us for any of our services. Klinik also contains many 'freetext' boxes for patients to fully articulate conditions, history and symptoms. Best wishes, Tim Practice Experience Manager

    After being told it would take up to 3 days to obtain a fit note,went into surgery 4 days later as impossible to phone, then told 7 days which overlaps and may effect my employers paying me. Went in on 5th day insisting I get it by next day(as it runs out 13th today) told I would get it end of 13/start of 14 to which I replied you can see the reason I am off and this constant poor response is not helping. guess what 2000hrs on the 13th, still no note. If this were a private business it would have failed years ago. I would never recommend this practice as I have never been able to get an appointment within 14 days as ther are to many patients registered already.

    Dear John Thanks for taking the time to feedback to us. Your fit note was re-issued on 14.07.23. We therefore left no gap in fit note cover. Routine appointments are offered 14 days in advance.     I've tried to reach the phone line to book an appointment for my 11 months daughter but they keep hang up the phone, it doesn't matter if I call at 8 am they just put down the line, I also tried to call at 2 pm and I've been told to call at 8 am to have an appointment it's just ridiculous cause I explained it's impossible to talk to someone, my daughter has a lump behind her head and this is causing me concerns and there's no way to have her checked cause nobody pick up the phone.

Whilst we recognise there is often a wait in the telephone queue for one of our Care Navigators to answer, we never deliberately hang up the telephone before answering patients’ questions. I can only assume there was a technical fault at one end on the day in question. If this was at our end, please accept my apologies.     I have only had good experiences with this surgery. Listens to patients and reacts to feedback. Have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one. Communication is also excellent through text.

    Phoned reception at 8am in a severe state of mental distress. My call was answered in less than five minutes. The receptionist was simply perfect in dealing with me in my highly troubled state. I was promised a call back from a mental health nurse and was called within around an hour. The nurse was great at responding to my stressed out and confused communication and I was offered a face to face meeting within about another hour. At the meeting, the nurse was kind, relaxed, bright, understanding and helpful and I was allowed all the time I needed to talk through my issues. This has improved my mood for the day enormously and given me some positive actions to look forward to. I am so pleased I picked up the phone. A perfect and faultless service, well done and keep it up! Thank you!!!

    I visited recently for a woman's-health check up. Whilst there I asked about another health condition that had been bugging me. The nurse went out of her way to make time to see me for breathing issues I had had since covid. She literally couldn’t of done any more to help me that day and I will be forever grateful for her care and compassion. The doctor even came in and saw me and listened to my chest and ordered some tests for me which was incredibly kind considering they are all always so pushed for time. Thank you for your kindness. You both literally made me feel so important and listened to.
