    I have been attending the surgery every 2 weeks for a few months The GP assured me he would get me sorted and rafts what he did He listened he cared and gave the best treatment needed I can not fault this doctor or the surgery He has changed my life thank you so much

    Been told I can only see the one Dr who has been dealing with my case since April 2021 the Dr is never there and when is I only get a phone appointment major high blood preasure but yet can't get an appointment with this Dr untill 20 Dec and even that is a phone appointment absolutely shocking and lack of empathy or care given

    Recently had to update the practice with some results following a trial with new medication. I got through from 7 in a waiting list in under 20 mins, which I expected to be longer. The lady I spoke to on reception was very helpful, and has done exactly what she said she was going to do for me.

    I’ve belonged to the practice since birth. It’s got progressively worse over the recent years, exacerbated by the pandemic but it deteriorated further in 2022. In person appointments are impossible to come by. The reception staff won’t give phone appointments unless you are crying in frustration and the email service is only open for an hour a day. As someone who is juggling multiple chronic health conditions along with mental health issues, it’s impossible for me to maintain my health with this practice.

    Via Doctorlink I requested an appointment. I was able to organise a telephone consultation within 48 hours. The doctor was friendly, efficient, engaging and incredibly helpful and worked with me to find a positive treatment plan.

    this surgery seems to be so badly run the staff dont seem to have any clue as to what they are doing and patients that should be getting looked after at what is potentially difficult time due to illness and mental health issues are just not being cared for by this practice. Having grown up with parents involved in a GP practice the standards here are dropping at an alarming rate.

    I order a repeat prescription monthly using an online pharmaceutical service. The service is usually great. I submit a request, they contact Mosslands and within 48 hours the medicine arrives at my address. This time, with the change in computer systems at Mosslands, my request was lost. I phoned the surgery in the middle of the day. The phone was answered promptly and the staff member did everything she could to help. Within 2 hours my prescription was approved by the doctor and the order processed. I know this is a busy time, compounded by the change to a new computer system - so thank you for such great service to resolve my issue.
