    Sent a website request along with attached document from audiologist. Had reply within half an hour and appointment within two hours. I don’t think you can get better than that. The receptionist was very polite and efficient

    Received great service from Mosslands. Receptionists are always empathetic and really efficient. Was worried I wouldn't be able to see a Dr but the new triage system all went very smoothly.

    The last couple of occasions I have used the online site to request an appointment and have been responded to the same day offering an appointment. It is really helpful when working too as can't stay on the phone waiting.

    A request was made for clinical data to the Medical Secretaries, it was dealt with highly effectively and efficiently, the turn around time from the request to receiving the data was incredibly quickly, dealing with tight deadlines imposed on the staff which was greatly appreciated

    I recently attended for routine screening including blood tests. The service was friendly and efficient. More importantly, I was contacted promptly after the test results had arrived to discuss the outcomes and suggest changes that I might make to prevent any future health complications. The practitioners listened to my views and worked with me to consider appropriate next steps.

    The Practice Manager was able to sort out in a matter of days a problem I had been having for six months. Not medical but extremely frustrating. Well done.

    since covid the staff have no idea what they are doing! every time I order prescriptions for my parents it’s always wrong. I’ve ordered for my self this week requested 2 months supply and received 4 months , surely this needs to be looked into. I have sent the new practice manager and assistant practice manager an email twice expressing my concerns with other problems but still they don’t have the courtesy to reply. receptionists are not trained properly that’s why there are so many mistakes. I understand and appreciate the surgery is very busy but training is key!

    I can not fault this surgery they are the best around from the pleasant and helpful receptionist to the GPS I have seen recently The care compassion and determination to get me well has been fantastic. I want to thank each and everyone of you involved in my care I appreciate all your hard work
