Appointment booked for Monday, Dr rings and hour and a half late, my phone vibrates once before the Dr hangs up, clearly I wasn't quick enough. I follow up instantly to be told the Dr would try again. He never did. It wasn't until I rang back the next day that I was informed the appointment had been canceled. Rebooked for Friday. Again rings late. Missed by a second, I follow up to be told he'd ring me back before 6:30. Never did. Appointment canceled. I requested an in-person appointment, told the receptionist can't do this? Because of course. Told next appointment wouldn't be for a few weeks. Just a joke.

The Doctors, Nurses, Phlebotomists and support staff are all caring, competent and empathetic to patients. They have been very caring and supportive towards me with my recent illness which has caused a lot of stress for me. I am beyond pleased to be registered with them. This practice leads and sets an example that other practices could certainly learn from. 10/10 for service 10/10 for care 10/10 for access I 100% recommend the Manor Surgery from my recent experiences. They deliver exemplary care in a stressful/pressured climate. Thank you!

they can diagnose over the phone, apparently. I saw an elderly woman slip on some liquid and she broke her leg, a doctor came out and called an ambulance, and went back to his patient. you cannot get an appointment when you need one. try them and see for yourself

My child has been suffering from ear ache all weekend, so phoned the surgery this morning and spoke to a helpful receptionist who said a Dr will call me back this morning. The Dr called me back in 30 seconds and said bring him and he will get him checked over before school! Just a superb practice, all the staff are fantastic. Thank you so much!

I contacted the surgery and requested an appointment with a GP. I understand it is not possible to see a GP face to face but would like this to be a patient choice. Some appointments are suitable for telephone consultations but feel that if a patient is not happy with a telephone consultation they should be able to see the GP. Waiting for the GP to call you can be a stressful time waiting for the call which sometimes is not possible to discuss some problems confidentially.

We run a telephone appointment services initially and then the GP will see you in person as necessary following the call and the GP arranges this appointment with you themselves. I’m not a patient at this practice, But in the last few years I have had to visit with elderly parents, I have always found the surgery clean and welcoming, The reception staff are always friendly and very helpful and seem to be very knowledgable. Today when I phoned to get help for my father, the lady I spoke to on the phone was so understanding and helpful it was lovely. The nursing team are amazing they patiently, week after week cleaned, dressed and looked after my mothers skin cancer wounds, with such kindness and dedication and compassion, And this went on for months. The Doctor who treated my father was friendly, compassionate A true gentleman, who you can tell, really cares about his patients. I wish I had him as my doctor. My sincere thanks to the whole team Your all doing a wonderful job.

The Manor have just taken over the Kennington surgery and my first experience was fantastic. I made contact via the online form and was contacted very promptly via text with a face to face appointment. All of the staff that I spoke to - on the phone, at the surgery reception and the doctor - were friendly and helpful and follow up appointments were made promptly. I was really impressed.
