    Spoke with receptionist. Explained I had a deadline for my sick note. And surgery is closed good Friday and Easter Monday. She said she could explain to the Dr but couldn't guarantee. The sick note came quickly. So big thank you to both of them and happy.

    I’ve always received excellent care at this practice. The reception staff are polite and helpful, and the doctors take the time to listen and explain things clearly. Appointments are usually easy to book, and I feel confident in the quality of care provided. I have the NHS app and it is very helpful and efficient.

    My doctor listened to my concerns about my illnesses, concerns & referres me for further investigation. Overall the GP practice is very good & the wait times are not that long. I would recommend my GP to others

    The only problem is to make an appointment or try to call to order a prescription. They took them to answer the phone.

    I recently brought my young son to the gp when he developed an ear infection. From the moment we arrived, I was reassured by the calm environment and the efficient check-in process at reception. Despite being visibly anxious, my son felt more at ease thanks to the friendly greeting and the child-friendly waiting area.

    This HG is a great practice , its effort in giving appointments and you are seen by a doctor regularly, the location is also very convenient as it is in the centre of Sparkhill and surrounding areas which makes it easy to attend . I attend the practice today (11/03/25) and was greeted well by reception staff . And I was then seen by m doctor within waiting rooms 10 ministers or so , it was a efficient service and i was not in there for longer than needed as the doctor had enough knowledge to inform me of what I was concerned about

    My doctor at this GP is the best doctor I've had. She always listens intentitvely and takes my medical history seriously. She has given me excellent treatment and advice. She always makes sure that she is prepared and updated on my medical status with the hospital. She takes the initiative to monitor how I'm getting on when I've had a chest infection. I highly recommend this doctor

    I highly recommend The Hill General Practice for anyone seeking comprehensive medical support and treatment. They are professional, attentive, and reassuring. The building is clean and the receptionists are extremely friendly.

    I called up to book an appointment for my 2 year old. Receptionist was polite,gave the correct procedure advise and booked me in on the same day. Was advised to call 111 which they referred me back to the practice.

    Most of the staff that I have interacted with have been very polite, well mannered and helpful. The place is always clean and hygienic. The services I have nothing to complain about too.
