I got the appointment with the desired practice member. GP greeted me and listened my all problems carefully. She acted fast and done my tests that was available in the surgery. Done my checkup herself and the gave the relevant advice politely.

I came with heart and lung problems. The doctor examined me carefully. He prescribed medications and sent me for blood tests. Everything was done exactly on time. Thank you. I felt better in 4 days. Thank you very much.

I was greeted by a polite and efficient reception team. They quickly processed my details, and I only waited a short time before being seen. The waiting area was clean and arranged with clear safety measures in place. The GP took time to understand exactly how the injury happened and asked detailed questions about my level of discomfort. They performed a thorough examination of my ankle and explained the potential causes of my pain, as well as what I should watch out for during recovery. Overall, I found The Hill GP to be highly professional, attentive, and reassuring. I would recommend them to anyone seeking prompt treatment and thorough medical support, especially for acute injuries that need careful and efficient attention.

I recently brought my young son to the Hill Practice when he developed a persistent ear infection. From the moment we arrived, I was reassured by the calm environment and the efficient checking process at reception. My son felt at ease thanks to the child friendly atmosphere.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother, who recently visited The Hill for a routine health check-up. Since I accompanied her, I wanted to share her experience, which was very positive. The reception staff were extremely understanding when I called to book the appointment for my mother. They explained the process clearly and ensured we found a suitable time. On the day of the visit, we were impressed by the organisation of the practice. It was easy to navigate, with clear signs. After the appointment, we received the results of her tests promptly, along with clear guidance on what to do next. This efficiency made the entire experience stress-free for both of us. The waiting area was clean and welcoming, and I was seen on time for my appointment. I was seen by the doctor who was very kind and caring. I was referred for a scan and my recent blood tests were discussed with me. I think this surgery is fantastic. I also was able to get an appointment on the same day and did not have to wait long to be seen. This surgery is very good.

Rang to get chase my referral in the morning. Reception helpfully directed me to the admin team where a helpful Lady was able to confirm that my referral had been sent, she was good at understanding my concerns and really helped to put my mind at rest. Everyone was very Professional.
