I was treated with utmost care and respect and prompt service by a doctor during a difficult and painful time. He took the time to look at all my history and got me help the I needed quickly from specialists. He is real asset to your practice and he is very much appreciated for his hard work and kindness and dedication to his patients. Thank you very much Doctor J C

I was able to access to a face to face appointment both with the doctor and the healthcare assistant. The Doctor was very attentive and re-assuring and most importantly listened to me and discussed with me how we should move forward. The healthcare assistant was very helpful and caring in the way she explained things in layman's terms. The practice communication was second to none. Once I had my appointments, I received reminders by text and was able to download the appointments onto my calendar. All this helps to remind me and save money and time resources within our precious NHS. They also operate a very efficient repeat prescription service when I ordered via Patient Access. The medication order was at my chosen pharmacy within a couple of working days, and they also sent a text to inform me that I could collect it. All in all, a wonderful service. Well done everyone.

I have been attending here for many years and my experience has always been a positive one. Yesterday I saw the healthcare assistant and she was very helpful and I was greeted with a smile. I requested some information from Reception and she went out of her way to assist me. That's one reason why I would recommend this practice.

Would like to leave my appreciation of the 2 drs and nurse I seen today 1 for all the hard work put in with my illness with care and compassion and 1 for the minor surgery excellent job also very careing and compassion and the nurse who always puts me at ease with her careing passionate role ,and thankyou each and every staff member fantastic team work .one very happy patient.

After a few weeks of illness visits to hospital seeing various doctors conflicting information and lots of stress . I was seen by a lovely lady doctor at the healthcare centre last week. I have to say what an absolute difference she made to me! , I only have the highest praise for her caring, empathetic manner, she put me at ease right away was so understanding and interested , but mostly- (I felt listened too)!!!. An absolute credit to her profession and the practice!! ...thank you so much! I have been seen today for a BP review by a lady who again comes across as a warm, caring understanding ,empathetic person!! ..this makes so much difference to your whole experience..so again thank you for your kindness .. !!!

The initial effort in getting an appointment was a long process and the wait I had to experience whilst I had a confirmed date was also long. However, as usual the service I experienced at the GP was great, and there are no complaints on this end!
