Having recently joined the practice we are really impressed with the care of all the staff we have had dealings with. Today my experience of the triage system through which you can get a fast response (within a couple of hours) from a GP about a medical query was most impressive - saves time and worry, and enables you a sense of empowerment and partnership in your own health. Thank you!

Thank you to the receptionist and the doctor I saw for the most efficient and prompt service. I made contact with the surgery at 8.50am, was telephoned back by 9.40am and seen at 1.40pm the same day. Amazing

Experiencing symptoms which proved to be cellulitis, I rang the practice following the advice given on their excellent on-line triage site. My call was answered swiftly, and a doctor rang me back within an hour to prescribe antibiotics. I was able to collect these from a pharmacy close to where I was staying, all within 90 minutes of my initial phone call. Both staff members to whom I spoke were courteous, professional and friendly in manner. I was, and am, most grateful.

I think many of us, especially those of us of a certain age, are reluctant to call the doctor at the moment because of NHS pressures. After 8 days of a cough/ respiratory problem and speaking to the pharmacy and checking advice on the website I reluctantly felt I needed to check things at the surgery. I phoned on a Monday morning and the receptionist listened and was empathic. I was given an appointment for less than an hour. An infection was confirmed and a course of antibiotics. I don’t have to use the surgery but my high opinion of this excellent surgery and its staff has just been confirmed. Thank you to all.

Hello submitted an eConsult as I wanted to get my symptoms checked out. The response was prompt and helpful from both the person who picked up the form to the doctor who followed through my enquiry. I was able to pick up medication by the end of the day. I enjoy good health and don’t have cause to use the surgery much, however every time I have, I’ve been treated warmly, with care and concern for my concern. The ethos of the surgery/practice is certainly present in all members of the team. Thank you all so much.

As a relatively new patient to the surgery during the pandemic I have to say I cannot praise the doctors, nurses and staff highly enough. I’ve had nothing but kind, friendly service across the board here . My GP is fairly new to the practice too and goes above and beyond to give great care. He’s been incredibly supportive to me through a really traumatic event in my life and I appreciate that so much. The practice has done an amazing job throughout the pandemic . Well done all !
