The gp who saw me on 11/4/24 and was very professional in her treatment to me. She was absolutely excellent, and I would love her to me my Gp at River Place even when my usual GP returns. She has a great approach about her that is very good and an appointment with her is extremely good.

Appointment with my mum to monitor her ongoing dementia diagnosis. Recieved good reminders of appointment, friendly atmosphere with helpful staff, very approachable and supportive doctor who gave good advice and recommended some complimentary provision to help with memory and increasing social interaction.

My appointment with my GP was organised very promptly. The consultation included a thorough examination to check for any symptoms. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered fully.

Great support in understanding menopause and related problems with HRT. The GP from the woman’s clinic was super professional, inclusive and kind. I felt valued and listened to in a moment of panic after having surgery and not understanding clearly what was going on due lack of communication from the hospital.

I've always had a really good experience in this Practice. All the doctors are brilliant, so easy to talk to, professional and thorough. Receptionists are efficient and professional even when there is a lot of pressure on them. I feel very safe and looked after. Thank you

I’ve always found this practice super-helpful and supportive. When I knew something wasn’t quite right I was listened to and was properly checked out. I ended up needing surgery and my GP was very reassuring and explained everything clearly and kindly. I also find them very accessible for women's health issues and they are supportive and knowledgeable when it comes to the perimenopause.

The service that my mother receives from River Place Surgery is first class. I just want to thank all involved in her care from the doctor to the nurse and reception staff Nothing is too much trouble.
