I felt unwell and went to the pharmacy in the first instance who referred me to the Doctors. Went into the practice and told the receptionist who put me on call back list, and the doctor phoned within the hour. Then asked me to come to the surgery so he could see me, which I did, and within 2 hours I was seen, diagnosed and prescribed treatment. Excellent service and professional doctors and staff.

I made contact by e consult with a photograph of the large affected area. I was given an appointment with a GP for two days time. Anti-biotics were provided with information regarding care over the weekend if the rash was spreading further.

I was seen fairly on time and was treated with respect and kindness to my problems. Was issued with antibiotics and cream.

The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful - as usual. A superb service with excellent staff.

I received a call has promised in a timely manner from a G P and discussed my medical issue and it was subsequently agreed that I should the Surgery for an appointment with one of the doctors. In fact, I had agreed that I was happy to be examined by a medical student under the supervision of the GP and I was very pleased with the service provided by The medical student who was very thorough and made copious note, and subsequently, I was told that the address would contact me with regards to an appointment and this arrived promptly, although there were no appointment slots available at the 3 centres provided to me at the time that I accessed the link to book appointment didn’t have any slots available at that time, so contacted one of them with the referral number and I’m on a list probably to be seen sometime in March

I had a phone appointment with a doctor who was friendly and professional, She organised a blood test for the following day I was informed by txt the results and prescription sent to chemist.

Sent in some 'progress pictures' and same day the 'recorded' doctor called and was very reassuring, clearly experienced and prescribed ongoing medication. In the absence of face to face (which i have found IS facilited under certain circs). the E process is a working system. Thanks again to the doctor concerned.

Care navigator very helpful and was able to unpick the system to help me get the outcomes I needed. Had contact from a GP quickly. Very efficient. The tone of the interactions was constructive and patient-centred.

The receptionist was rude, over talked me many times thinking she knew what I was on about. Rude. Gave incorrect information, told me I had a face to face appointment and travelled up from southsea to receive a phone call saying it was a telephone call. Luckily thanks to the GP who called had enough time to see us face to face.
