Went for a health check. Efficient to book via text and very welcoming when you get there. Smooth check in and efficient delivery with a lovely manner

It was a nurse I had seen, she was very good and helpful.i cannot remember her name, i am sorry.she had a young training nurse with her.

Quick to be seen, when you can get an appointment. Pharmacy is struggling with staff problems, so a long wait in a queue for medications, outside in the rain

I have just finished my course of B12 injections at the practice. The nurse I saw is so lovely. She is very bubbly and chatty making my experience a good one. I fill sad this app doesn’t allow me to name her but she will put anyone at ease I’m sure. I will now be having a B12 injection every 3 months so look forward to chatting to her again soon! 😁

I had a smear test today 27 March this morning and would like to say how great the nurse was. She made me feel relaxed and was very friendly. I was so pleased as it is never something you want to attend! Many thanks!!

Coughing up Blood. Seen quickly and efficiently regarding my concerns that this might be an indication of lung cancer. Messaging from the Surgery during this ongoing process was very good and reassuring.

My experience was very good. I was seen on time, I was listened to and able to discuss my problem. Further investigation has been recommended and a referral sent to an appropriate consultant. This was a very helpful consultation. Given the extreme pressures being experienced by within the NHS the service provided by this practice is very good.

Needed an ECG as part of a health check. Was offered two options one was over a week away and the other was on Sat am just a couple of days following my GP appointment. Sat am ECG was done in a quiet surgery, no one around, with calming, reassuring Nurse who explained everything to me beforehand. I was very grateful for the relaxed surroundings and after some high blood pressure readings at home, she told me the readings were all normal and there was nothing for me to worry about. Great experience, Downland Practice has always been there for me when I have needed their help and this visit was no exception!
