I had a medication review with my GP, who has been my GP for 31 years. He reviewed my medications one by one and made suggestions where necessary and answered any concerns and questions. As usual he was excellent. I needed a printout of my last Blood Test and again the Care Coordinator was very efficient, professional and treated me with respect. Also, I had to pick-up my repeat medications. The dispenser I saw was efficient, friendly and answered my questions. The Dispensary is currently under a lot of pressure and there was a queue but the dispenser made time for me and quickly found my medications and items I needed to buy.

Had to wait a short while for a non-urgent appointment but the appointment was on time and the GP knew my issues and wad also able to offer support with my family situation as my father's carer.

My annual medication review with the clinical pharmacist was so helpful; she took a lot of time to answer my questions and I felt encouraged and supported.

I was able to see my named GP on the day that I rang which may have been a lucky coincidence! As always my GP listened carefully and gave full consideration to symptoms. This and a thorough examination facilitated a sensible action plan for treatment together with a back up plan if symptoms persist. The consultation was effective and competent, did not seem hurried and gave me confidence .

I was pleased to secure an appointment on the day I telephoned, as I was keen to have my medication changed if that was appropriate for one of my problems and for treatment for another. I was seen quickly and the friendly, professional consultation resulted in both requests being met to my satisfaction. A very good service. Thank you.

Visited the surgery on the 8th March 2024. Easy parking, lovely Doctor, visited the on site pharmacy. Great experience would highly recommend.

It was a nurse I had seen, she was very good and helpful.i cannot remember her name, i am sorry.she had a young training nurse with her.

Quick to be seen, when you can get an appointment. Pharmacy is struggling with staff problems, so a long wait in a queue for medications, outside in the rain
