Easy to book online appt. Needed to speak to receptionist and got a warm and friendly response. Went to see doctor and she was reassuring and explained what she thought my condition was and then referred me to specialist. Whenever I have to contact Fountain Medical centre the members of staff are friendly and never make you feel you are a 'nuisance'. I would highly recommend this practice.

Having visited the doctors this morning I was asked to have some blood tests done, the receptionist was so lovely but did explain everything was booked until 2 weeks away. I asked about cancellations and she said that they get daily so if I rang they would let me know. Around an hour later the receptionist rang and asked if I could there as they had had a cancellation I was extremely grateful for her. Thank you for taking the time to call I am extremely grateful.

Phoned to make appointment at 8am. Message informing me that appointments released during the day was helpful. Phoned back at 9.55 am. Got straight through to a friendly and efficient receptionist who only asked the necessary questions before allocating me an appointment for later that day.

I walked in to the surgery straight from work and asked for a telephone consultation.Within 20 minutes of leaving the surgery I had a phone call asking me my symptoms and saying could I come back to the surgery for an examination.I was there in 10 minutes,saw the Dr and had my antibiotics in my hand by within 30 mins.Great service,thank you all so much regards Karen

Had my copd review today,my nurse was lovely, thorough ,informative and very helpful.i am at a time in my life where my body has decided it's not as spritley as it used to be,so seem to be spending more time dealing with the doctors surgery,appointments blood tests,and other things.referrals hospital and in every case have been sorted with care and compassion ..

My first interaction in person with the service after being transferred from Morley health service. Easily booked an appointment within 48 hours, seen on the day with less than a five minute wait by a Physician Associate. Problem identified, referral made and confirmed within 24 hours by the hospital. Great efficient service friendly staff.
