    Once I managed to get a same day appointment, I had a telephone appointment with a Dr in the morning, which led to a face to face appointment in the afternoon, and an x-ray the next day. Quick, responsive, kind and smooth. Thank you.

    I arrived a little early for my appointment and was seen straight sway. I was taken seriously by my GP and have been referred for a hospital scan. I was able to make the GP appointment within 2 weeks of telephoning. The telephone call took about 20 mins to get through but was worth it to get a booking.

    Dr was amazing but getting an appointment is a nightmare . Even when you get an e consult reply stating you’d be contacted within 48 hrs rarely happens .

    Despite 2 letters & 2 visits regarding my condition I was forced to go private through lack of communication by this surgery . I was then contacted to have further blood tests as I was told face to face by the receptionist that my last main blood test was corrupted . I then received 4 text reminders for my 12.10pm appointment and at 12.30pm I was asked by the nurse taking the bloods … why are you here ? Waste of everyone’s time

    The phlebotomist I saw on the day was caring, professional, experienced, and empathetic. I loved the idea of having the phlebotomist service in the practice.

    Doctors and receptionists are very warm and welcoming and helpful my doctor is willing to listen and help you instead of get you in and out quickly she spends time to be very help full in talking to you about my illness and medication great people to be around

    The GP I spoke to was fantastic. Personable and knowledgeable. However my pervious experience with the surgery's administration and appointment system has been awful. Wrong referrals, test results not communicated, commonallly on hold for 45 minutes (only yesterday) prescriptions not being sent, being blamed for the surgery's errors. I booked an appointment to see the nurse yesterday and there is a 2.5 week wait. I have previously had huge difficulty in obtaining an appointment for a 5 year old instead deciding to go to A an E for a non urgent issue.

    I was queuing up to get an appointment when ever available as 8am always recorded message says daily appointments are all been taken for the day . Receptionist was helping the person in front of me and came out from the desk , and started filling some forms together for more than 15 minutes . Then I asked is there someone else to help on the desk , as I have other things to do as well . Without any respond to it , couple of minutes later after returned to her desk screamed at me “Do not come and speak over when I am helping another person .If you can’t speak I will spend the same amount of time with you “. I felt seriously this person needs basic training for customer service .

    I went for a blood test. The ladies on reception were friendly and very helpful. The lady taking my blood was also nice and friendly. I also met a doctor who was also great and helpful. So the whole experience was great.
