After ringing up to book an appointment i was told a doctor would call me back later that day. Which they did, in good time and the help and guidance i was given was very caring and understanding of my concern which put me at ease.

Dr Farah Samad is a life saver when she called me for appointment she within no time assessed the severity she advised me to call 999 but I refused because of my 2 young children she then explained how important for me to call 999 I agreed but then I didn’t call as I was looking after my kids she called me again to check but till then I didn’t called the ambulance she got worried about me she kept telling me to call 999 but then she go above and beyond and she called ambulance on my behalf and within few mins ambulance was with me and when paramedic came they said your GP is a life saver as we urgently need to take you to hospital I went to hospital in the ambulance they tried constant nebulisation I reached hospital and had arrest I went to HDU after 5 days I came home and then again dr Farah called me to find out how I am doing and arranged a follow up for me Dr Farah samad NHS need more doctors like you you are an angel God bless you I don’t have more words to thank that I am alive because of you I had bad experience with this practice in the past please follow a human pattern like dr Farah did please respect us and learn how to give respect to patients from dr Farah samad if she is so good why can’t you all doctors be at least she is light of hope for us patients

Had a telephone appointment today. The Dr took time to listen about my symptoms, asked questions and gave advice. Informed me about what would happen next and what to expect. I was made to feel at ease with the Dr’s friendly approach while still being professional. Very happy with today’s appointment.

I must say best doctors they listen their patients very nicely and excellent approach towards the patients very humble attitude in the whole surgery its pleasure to meet both great personality.

My son needed treatment for conjunctivitis, he was seen too quickly, effectively and professionally, I am extremely happy with this surgery, I think they all do a great job!!

The doctor dealing with me listened, made me feel comfortable and asked questions which helped me to explain my concerns and symptoms. This is not what I normally experience from this practice.

Prescriptions are 'lost' or incorrect. Test results are ignored, lost or wildly delayed regardless of urgency. Private medical information is demanded to be publicly given in waiting rooms yet never, ever passed on to DR/Nurse. Waiting time for just a phone appointments is at least 3 weeks. In person appointment at least a month. Some receptionists are outlandishly rude; ignorant and dismissive; refusing to give eye contact much less respond to a polite greeting! Information seems to get lost and/or severely delayed on a very frequent basis. Telephone communications are polite but requests made and verbally confirmed never seem to be auctioned. Email communications are often polite but completely ignorant of issues/details given and therefore no more useful than an automated response. Information on the website does not match up with information given verbally. Medical details and the word 'urgent' frequently ignored. There are some amiable, efficient and professional staff, but the overall organisational system is highly frustrating and frankly dangerous.
