I am really disappointed with this practice. I made effort to wake up at 8 and wait in the que for an hour for an appointment only for them to tell me there’s none left and that I have to now wait 5 days for the next one as they’ll be closed. I don’t understand why they have the policy of calling in at 8 if they can’t give an appointment and how they are unable to accommodate appointment yet they say to call at 8, wait an hour or more in the que only for them to say we have none left. How is it possible to wait a week? The service here has honestly really let me down and it’s not a surgery I’d recommend anyone to register with. I’m really shocked as to how and why they are still open really.

Ladies wellness session is amazing. Right near my house. It is helping me to learn techniques to do at home. It is a safe place for me to attend and seek support & advice. Thank you - Health & Wellbeing Coach.

The service of Blenheim Medical Centre has been very poor and disappointing since recent times and especially since covid. Getting an appointment with the doctor for a check-up is as difficult as winning the lottery. Receptionists are not cooperative at all. The surgery opens at 8 O’ clock. Even if you call at exactly eight o'clock, you will get this answer after thirty to forty minutes, “We are fully booked, call back tomorrow 8 O’ clock”. Calling again on next day, will give you same reply. It’s really frustrating, if you or your loved one need to see the doctor but you can’t get appointment. Authority needs to look into this GP practice that why a patient is unable to get an appointment even calling every day at 8 O’ clock in first few seconds of opening the surgery. Are all appointments booked in the first 20 seconds? It is worrying that patients are unable to get a GP appointment despite repeated attempts.

I like the session very much. It impacts me a lot. It gave me a relaxation and mental wrllbeing. Jutsna help me with this. She's a good counsellor. I saw a lot of womens from our community. It's actually good for people who are alone, feeling depressed.

Yesterday I attended a ladies group for Stretching & Pilates in the church next door to the Blenheim Medical Centre and it was a fantastic session. The location is local, handy and very good, These groups are so necessary and needed in the community, there are not enough of these support groups around so it was nice to know about it and to attend, plus it was a ladies group that we need more of. I myself suffer from anxiety and depression and I can tell you that attending these sessions is very good for people with Mental Health Issues and it can make a vast difference to someone’s daily life. The group itself is very friendly and sociable and I would recommend anyone to attend or at least it give it a try.

I had lovely talk with the coach and she gave me so many idea how to do something about my weight and she even told me how to get the kids involved in sports

I have been trying to speak to my GP about 5times, I call every morning, it takes over 40mins before they even pick, I am always told they are fully booked. One of them even banged the call at me on the 24th of October.

After ringing up to book an appointment i was told a doctor would call me back later that day. Which they did, in good time and the help and guidance i was given was very caring and understanding of my concern which put me at ease.

Dr Farah Samad is a life saver when she called me for appointment she within no time assessed the severity she advised me to call 999 but I refused because of my 2 young children she then explained how important for me to call 999 I agreed but then I didn’t call as I was looking after my kids she called me again to check but till then I didn’t called the ambulance she got worried about me she kept telling me to call 999 but then she go above and beyond and she called ambulance on my behalf and within few mins ambulance was with me and when paramedic came they said your GP is a life saver as we urgently need to take you to hospital I went to hospital in the ambulance they tried constant nebulisation I reached hospital and had arrest I went to HDU after 5 days I came home and then again dr Farah called me to find out how I am doing and arranged a follow up for me Dr Farah samad NHS need more doctors like you you are an angel God bless you I don’t have more words to thank that I am alive because of you I had bad experience with this practice in the past please follow a human pattern like dr Farah did please respect us and learn how to give respect to patients from dr Farah samad if she is so good why can’t you all doctors be at least she is light of hope for us patients
