Lady called M was kind, attentive, and simply Brilliant She didn’t make me feel like a number but an individual. She handled my situation with such care and even went beyond by following up the next day. It really made me change my opinion about past experiences. Having a welcoming voice , someone that truly listens on the phone and does not rush you makes the world of difference! We need more M in the world ! Thank you so much

I have been part of the biscot hub since the day one. The health & wellbeing coach has helped me with my confidence and anxiety. I have met some lovely individuals from the PCN and the Biscot Hub. My life has transformed. I am a different person. I have confidence to leave my house. Thank you .

Doctor was exceptional. Easy to engage with and talk to - took an interest in me as an individual. Clinical practice balanced with relationship practice. Exceptional Dr - would recommend to anyone!!

Recently reported some new symptoms online and had an appointment with my normal doctor on the same day. The doctor had a good observation and chat concerning these new issues and booked some relevant tests. Keep up the good work.

Really pleased that the GP surgery has changed their booking system as it was near impossible to book an appointment previously due to it being at an inconvenient time. The new online booking system allows you to write to the GP and they review it and book an appointment. I was able to book an appointment today just an hour after submitting an online query. I hope this is something that continues to happen and not just temporary.

I had an ongoing condition since 2016 but was with a different surgery. I had been going to the previous GP so often but nothing changed. I was referred to this surgery, was seen by a GP who listened to my concerns and issues and worked with what he too could see. I am grateful and proud to say that I am having surgery because of this GP to help resolve my issues. I would recommend this surgery to others. Very friendly, supportive, professional and they actually listened.

I can’t fault the doctor for the support shown in what continues to be a difficult health journey. She has provided me with information regarding the potential diagnosis. Overall a positive experience- my only concern is not knowing what the next steps are & how long my referral will take.

This is a very good and efficient group, I have got financial and mental support for me and for the whole family, people are very a, welcoming and understanding which is rare. I feel safe in their hands, massive thanks who was with me during my hardest moments , massive for who supported me and keep supporting me , unfortunately I m not allowed to name them . They are kind, friendly and respectful Highly recommended ,many thanks
