    Had a throat infection for a week. Being a responsible patient started at home and treated it with over counter meds. Wasn't better manged to get a appoinment on Monday after 3 days of trying. Appoinment was at 10.30 got there at 10.40 tried to log in on self checkout didn't let me went to reception she said gp put me as did not attend as I was late. I pleaded and apoligised got stuck in traffic. Still refused to see me got a did not attend message whilst at gp. Left the surgery in tears. Next day tried to make an appointment again failed. Then mid day noticed blood whole passing urine called 111 they said to call gp once put there phone down and they will arrange an appoinment for me. Called surgery they said they have the report but it's not urgent dont need an appoinment. After ten minutes excessively started bleeding Internally through urine had to call an ambulance to get me to hospital. Currently sitting in a and e writing this. Even the ambulance service who were extreme lay busy and delayed had the courtesy to keep calling back and checking on me and explaining waiting times. And even they agreed that the service recieved from the gp was despicable. Disgusting to say the very least.

    I attempted to book an appoinment to obtain an antibiotic for a chest infection which I had previously attempted to treat myself. I went on line only to be told that there where no for the next 3 weeks. I then telephoned the surgery at 8.31am to see if I could obtain some help with the situation only to be told the online appointments had been closed, however if I wanted to phone back between 10.00am and 12.00am they would see if they could help me then. The surgery has gone downhill in my estimation, they seem more interested in claiming how many extra appointments they have provided and are now advertising for more patients. Why do this when you cannot help existing patients

    Professional help , gave me all help I needed . Staff it’s the best am with a lot of empathy . Seen and helped straight away . My problem was explained very well

    The Doctors, staff, gp are helpful. They tried their best to extend the service users like me. In my experience, when i had my health check, it was found out that my kidney function went very low, and the doctor make an appointment for me had me checked again to be sure, also she listened to my concern regarding my health condition that was stopped checking and so discussed it and connected me again. Few doctors and gp’s are really concerned on the patients but on this medical centre my doctor that attended me is truly humane, helpful, concern, who loves their job and do their job with excellence.

    The GP I spoke to was really helpful, listened to my concerns and has referred me to the correct support, which I really appreciate. I’m looking forward to working with the health professionals so I can make a full recovery.

    Good luck getting an appointment online or any help from the reception team. The process of opening slots online from 8am is a waste of time. 2 of us tried, daily for 7 days, no luck and this is not the 1st time. The notion that everyday folk have nothing better to do than sit online and refresh a web page....to not be 'lucky' enough is nonsense. Tried speaking to the reception team...who appear programmed to solely tell you to log on at 8am and explain a process that is clearly not fit for purpose. The reception staff seem to lack any customer service skills, you will not receive any compassion, care or help. Everyone has to fit into the 'book online from 8am' box. a&e is suggested...for non emergency problems when you cannot get an appt. Common sense would suggest a non emergency appt is booked? Freeing up same day for emergencies perhaps.... rather than putting strain on other services. The service at Blenheim has got considerably worse over the last 6 yrs or so. Gone are friendly, helpful employees. Gone are meeting the needs of patients and being patient focused. Ineffective and inefficient processes are in, seemingly focused at making it as difficult as possible for patients to receive the care they should. In are customer facing employees who behave like they don't give a hoot or maybe they have their hands tied behind theirs back so tight, they have no autonomy or flexibility. Whoever has operational responsibility for the surgery and associated surgeries needs to listen too, and act on, feedback. Or perhaps take a course in customer experience and common sense. If this was any other business, with the service levels offered......it would have zero customers. Unfortunately, we all need a GP, and choices are limited. If you can go elsewhere....please do. I doubt anywhere could be as bad as the Blenheim group !!

    Dear Practice, Please review the opening hours to access the online system. Today 31/03/2025, all day I have been trying to access the system to request a sickness note to no avail, I eventually decided to contact the practice via telephone. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I was told that I need to apply via the online system tomorrow at 8am on the dot, again no guarantee I will get through. It would be nice if there was another way to access the doctor for this facility or indeed for my health care, I hope you will consider my booking experience and make changes to make this journey smoothly, not stressful as it is now.     Receptionist listened with empathy and understanding, clearly explained what I should do on line, offered to send link to make it easier and the icing on the cake was she remembered me and called me back to advise online referrals was open

    I had no issue getting and appointment, the receptionist called and confirmed the booking. The doctor was extremely helpful with my issues, he was very empathetic and went above and beyond to assist me with everything. Thank you.
