I had a phone call for my menopause issue and he was fantasticly understanding and helpful,he explained everything and also listened to me,he was not patronising and we also had a laugh. Thank you.

After recently moving to the area I joined the Alney practice and after a number of years of finding gp care to be frustrating in another area I have been blown away by the level of service they have provided. I’ve been given face to face appointments with one son who has an ongoing health challenge and I have felt listened to which I haven’t had elsewhere. And then this week have been able to speak to a doctor the same day about my sons chicken pox which had become severe and then again the same day when the situation changed. He then followed up with a phone call the next day to my in-laws who were looking after him the following day to check in on him and then had the thought to send me a message with an update. I have been absolutely blown away by the individual focus of the care provided and am thrilled that we are within the practice boundaries and feel completely happy that any medical needs will be brilliantly cared for. Thank you Alney Practice one very grateful Mum.
