   The Reception staff now in post are friendly and helpful (this wasn't always the case). The GPs are very knowledgeable and thorough in the appointments. Their website is a good way of contacting the surgery with queries & follow ups as getting through on the phone is still problematic, as is getting a non-urgent appointment in less than 5 weeks. Hopefully this will improve and they will also start to do more initial face to face appointments as we get back to normal. All in all a good surgery.
