    The same as all previous reviewers are saying. The online service is online for one minute at 8am each day so that there's not time to complete the request form. No answer on the phone, and no call-back when that option is requested. I really need an appointment. What on earth are you supposed to do?

    Your booking system for GP appointments is totally broken. As a busy parent with 2 kids to make appointments for as well as myself, it is absolutely impossible to make a routine non urgent appointment to see a doctor about an issue like eczema, investigating a wheeze, potential hearing issue etc. Instead you have to run the lottery of getting a spot on ask my gp at 8am which, as a parent on their way out the door with 2 kids is near impossible, only for them to decide to ring you back whenever they like over a 48-72 hr period and if you miss the call that’s it, back to square 1! It’s impossible. Even when the Gp says in their voicemail they need to do a face to face. Bring back appointment booking in advance. This service is ludicrous.

    We have been trying to get an appointment online and by phone for two weeks without success , fir a serious medical issue . They have made in impossible to get an appointment . There are a lot of administrative staff employed at the practise but clearly not enough gps

    Once again I received a negative experience with Tessa Jowell GP Practice. On Friday 22nd March 2024. I needed an appointment. at 8:00am, I consulted the evergreen website, to book an appointment, and I also started a telephone call at the exact time - 8:00am. While on hold, I repeatedly tried to arrange an appointment online as the surgery encourages its patience to book an appointment through this method., On each occassion, I am seeing a message informing me the evergreen service is closed. I do not understand why its closed, and why i am unable to book an appointment. Its 8am, and I am expecting this service to be ready for use. I finally abandoned trying to secure a GP appointment, and remain on the telephone line, waiting patiently for someone to answer my telephone call. Despite my telephone call starting at approximately 8:00am, the telephone call is disappointingly not answered until 8:44am, almost 45 minutes, which is totally unacceptable. This is not an acceptable level of service, especially for patience whom are ill, and waiting for an appointment. My experience goes from bad to worse, when i am advised there are no appointments for the day to offer me, and I am advised to call back after the weekend. If I have telephoned on the exact time the surgery opens, how can there not be an appointment? This surgery is not fit for purpose, and there are clear signs, this surgery is not fulfilling its contract. I am not happy, as each time I have contact with this organization, there appears to be a problem.

    I tried for 3 weeks to get a non-urgent appointment. Tried several times to ring the practice but no one answered despite being on hold for more than 15 mins at a time. Went in to the surgery 3 times after work- customer service is shocking. Very unhelpful staff redirecting me to the online booking system that is not fit for purpose.

    I required a non-urgent gp appointment for which I was happy to wait up to one month. Their website directs you to their app to make an appointment, however, everyday the app says there are no appointments. So I rang at 8am like they instruct and, after hours on hold, was told to call back again tomorrow at 8am. No assistance regarding alternative health services in the area other than to ring 111 or go to a & e. Extremely disappointing as when I attended the practice in the past the actual clinical service was good.

    I was recommended through 111 to talk to this health centre about some pain I had been having. And the person on the phone was so rude and dismissive about everything and made it seem like I was a nuisance. How on earth can you act like doing your job is such an unreasonable thing to ask of you to do. It was the person on the phones job to provide me with good health care instead they left me with a hostile feeling whilst also being in pain. This is ridiculous how can you call yourself healthcare providers when you treat people who come to you for help like this. You take away from the whole image of being good healthcare providers once you start to treat people like this. And also did not even provide me with a good solution for the pain that I’m in. Do better please

    Today, and on several occasions last month, it is is becoming increasingly impossible to get through to this GP practice, and if you ever manage to get a Web request (after many weeks of trying), sometimes the requests are immediately closed without proper process (I.e. they say they've tried to message you and they haven't). I would not recommend this GP surgery because patients need to be able to get in touch and inform them about changes in health and there is currently no easy way to do this. It is ridiculous .

    This is my registered practice. I have been a member of this practice for years but rarely ill. Worryingly, on the occasions when I need to see a doctor I am unable to, because I cannot make an appointment. I recently tried for a over week to make an appointment to see a doctor. I was quite concerned about my health: I had a cold, and had been advised by my respiratory consultant, to ensure I had antibiotic cover if I had a cold, to minimise the risk of a more serious condition developing. But, logging into the App between 0800-0900 to book appointment, as directed - I either get a notification that 'there were no further appointments' (at 0810hrs? Really?) or that the booking App - was unavailable. On three separate days I opted for a call back - and expected to be called within two working days, as stated. I have not has a call back. It is misleading and frustrating to promoting a service and then do not honour it. I eventually went into the surgery, wondering if I had not set up the App correctly, and---was redirected to the App and 111. I was also told that there were 'staff shortages' that week - surely in this technological age something could have been done to communicate this via the App and advise of options. Basically, from where I am standing, this appointment system is not working. I have no issues with self booking appointments - but the appointments need to be there to be booked. Perhaps there need to separate non-urgent appointment that could be booked in advance and, crucially, outside 8-9am. If a 'call-back system' is offered. Then call back - at the very least I will be reassured that my request for call back has been made. Rather than being left in the dark, wondering.

    I've been on hold for 1hr 27mins from calling at 8am, to be told their are no appointments available for adults and I must call again tomorrow. The supervisor A was not supportive at all This is a constant problem, every time i call its the same thing, no appointments.
