We are as a family and community in and around sunniside extremely lucky to have such an excellent practice, with a wonderful staff including receptionists, nurses and doctors. The practice is excellent in every way; their care, friendly, communication, waiting time, flexibility, professionalism and expertise. Personally i have attended the practice recently and found the receptionists very kind and helpful, I saw the doctors which I am so grateful to their excellent care. I had blood taken by nurses and were excellent. Sunniside practice provides fast excellent effective care to the community. I work in the nhs and I hear people criticising their general practices all the time. our own experience is completely different, we consider ourselves extremely lucky for having sunniside surgery at our own door steps. what a brilliant staff, we are so proud of their excellent care. finally sunniside pharmacy and its staff are also excellent and friendly.

I cannot begin to express my immense gratitude and admiration for the exemplary, always friendly and professional service extended by all medical and support staff of the Sunniside Surgery to myself and my family over many years and not least this current year for myself with a potentially serious condition being averted by being given a prompt appointment and speedy diagnosis requiring hospital intervention to cure. My heartfelt thanks to you all.

Hands down the best practice I've ever been with. Every member of staff is so helpful and compassionate. They are so efficient too their systems "just work". I can always get help when I need it, and I know that behind the scenes they must be managing their admin and booking systems impeccably. I've had appointments with lots of the clinical staff here too and they are all wonderful.

The surgery provides an excellent, timely and efficient service. I feel the surgery really cares about the health and well being of patients. Overall, I am very pleased with the service.

Every single interaction with any staff member at Sunniside is outstanding. They have got to be the most accommodating, understanding and helpful staff team at any GP Surgery. Today was however exceptional. From the Receptionists who went out of their way to support me with an urgent appointment at very short notice, to the nurse who took my bloods twice in one day, to the courier who delivered my bloods to the QE, and the Senior Partner at the practice who rang me by 4:30pm that afternoon to discuss the results! I honestly cannot thank the team enough, their professionalism and support to patients should be used as an example of best practice throughout the region. Amazing.
