I have been seeing the same Dr in relation to pain and other varying symptoms. The GP has been so lovely, taking all of my concerns seriously and with the up-most care. She is friendly, approachable and non-judgemental and has done her absolute best to get me a diagnosis and how to manage this. She truly is a credit to the surgery and I would definitely go back to see them.

Always helpful polite and quick response when I needed it.I triaged about a lump I had on my back,I went to see a doctor and was dealt with efficiently,I am following it up as I have had more problems and hopefully will get it lanced.

I received a telephone call for my annual asthma review today. The colleague from the medical centre listened to all my views and gave me very helpful advice. It is so confidence-boosting to know that you are treated as an individual and are heard as well as advised :) I was most impressed and happy with the outcome.

Phoned the Practice this afternoon … it’s great that when you’re in a queue, you can retain your position and someone will call you back. This didn’t take very long. One of the Receptionist/care Navigators ‘phoned me; she was so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. She immediately put my mind at rest explaining what would happen next. Thank you

No help with managing hormonal conditions (PCOS), healthy BMI and only support is to be told take ibuprofen. Suffering with long term fatigue put down to low ferritin levels. Refused to do any investigations as to why. Have been told to take iron tablets which I can't take due to the side effects, either being stuck on the toilet or unable to go which is a flip of the coin. This impacts my ability to do my own job as a nurse so I can't take them. I have tried liquid iron which gives me side effects of stomach cramping and vomiting but despite telling he doctor this I was told "well there isn't anything we can do. You have to take the tablets as you can't have an infusion as your levels aren't low enough". I have felt really let down by the practice. Especially when they took 9months to give me my ultrasound results which stated I had PCOS. They refuse to investigate any of the symptoms I experience. I am young, I lift weights 3/4 times a week, walk 12k steps a day, I eat well and have a healthy BMI. What more can I do? They refuse to investigate why a young fit person is experiencing all the symptoms I do. It's disgusting.

I went in for my smear test and explained how nervous I was because of how painful I find them. The nurse was understanding, explained what she was doing and told me that I was in control and to let her know if she needed to stop. It was the easiest smear test that I’ve had due to her experience and her professional yet caring manner.

After completing a triage form asking for advice via a text, I received a telephone call from one of the very kind Reception staff Informing me I would receive a call from the on call doctor. Suffice to say, the GP was amazing Very caring with advice and instructions. I was feeling very ill so i can’t thank the staff enough for their prompt response
