I really don’t do blood tests or needles but the SMC team were brilliant and made it almost bearable

I enquired on line regarding a problem I was having with my hearing and within ten minutes of submitting my request I received a call offering me an appointment to see a practitioner within 30 minutes! Within the hour I had seen a nurse practitioner who had examined my ears and made an appointment for me to receive suction. The care and speed of this service was second to none. An amazing Pracice

Fab Experience today with a nasty infection on my back going on holiday today so C ( apparently can’t use names?) dressed it . Explained why the infection came .very knowledgeable, also gave me dressings antibiotics and put my fears of a disaster holiday to ground . Thank you C ( male) you will go far

The surgery and doctors have been very helpful whenever one of our children has needed them, very quick response to the online triage form, then with follow up appointment whether that be phonecall or face to face , and the pharmacy staff and reception staff were all very helpful this week with my son being ill I think the whole practice works very well together Thank you

After a nasty fall and a couple of medical issues i was seen quickly by my GP who arranged for some tests that have thankfully reassured me. He was kind and understanding and phoned me to explain the results. I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Stourport Medical Centre. Thankyou and keep up the good work.

Staff here are friendly, helpful and experienced. At my recent appointment with a nurse, she explained everything and answered my questions; a polite, efficient and professional service.

Had a query today about appointments on Patients’ Access The Care Navigator I spoke to was more than helpful, friendly and kind, explaining my query perfectly. It’s great to be able to hold your position in the queue enabling a ring back call to save hanging on. Thank you
