I've had 3 visits and two phone calls with various doctors over the last two months and all have been extremely helpful in explaining issues and possible solutions. Highly reccommended.

I recently had 2 appointments, both with long term issues that had been dismissed by previous doctors in different surgeries. The doctor and nurse I saw were kind, compassionate and sensitive and they listened to me and my concerns and referred me on for further treatment. They made me feel at ease and I am very grateful.

We have been with this practice for over 60 years, and find the present one approachable, efficient and professional. The office staff go out of their way to help. All the doctors explain clearly how to overcome our problems in great detail and will always refer when necessary. We like the telephone system so that we know where we are in the queue

Detected rogue mole seen within 24 hours. Given full explanation of potential problem along with an explanation of treatment. Photograph of mole taken and transmitted whilst in Surgery and informed result within 48hrs if not received phone surgery and it will be dealt with. Excellent service removed anxiety from myself and gave assurance. This is typical of this practice and ranges through receptionist,nurse practitioners to the doctors.

Since I joined the practice they have taken care of me from the doctors to the receptionist team - nothing has been a problem even when I had to use them through covid.

Excellent & efficient service from all the staff. From booking appointment to seeing GP, having an X-ray and picking up medication took about 1 hour. Same class of service for follow up appointment

Got seen same day for an appointment for my 4 week old baby who’s is suffering from silent reflux. I felt listened to and the dr gave me lots of advice as well as a prescription for baby gaviscon

I have been with this surgery for over 40 years and I have always found my doctors to be very good. During my association with this surgery I have been diagnosed and treated for a wide variety of medical conditions and each of them has been very thorough. I have always found it easy to discuss my medical issues with my doctors and have received comprehensive details regarding my problems and following treatments. I have for the majority of time the medical centre found most of the associated staff i.e nurses and receptionists very pleasant and helpful.
