Dr M helped me during my recent diagnosis of alopecia. He has been able to schedule me regular appointments and provide treatment in the surgery. This meant I didn’t have to wait for a referral and could receive treatment before my condition progressed further. He has been really lovely and helpful during this time and so have the student doctors in the practice!

I was a medical student for the month of June at Storrsdale. Dr. M and all of the staff at this medical practice have been the friendliest group of people I have ever met. As a medical student, I always felt welcome and excited coming to placement. I was constantly learning new things from both the friendliest of patients at Storrsdale and the staff that worked there. They put a smile on my face every day and I will miss them all very much.

Dr M and the two medical students at the surgery today really helped getting my 1 year old diagnosed today with acute bronchiolitis and an ear infection. Dr M was fantastic with helping me understand what can trigger this and also suggesting what I can do to avoid this. The medical students were great at listening to my little boys chest and made him feel at ease while doing so. They also helped keep him entertained and happy whilst Dr M was carrying out checks on his chest and back.

Had a wonderful time in this GP as a medical student. All the staff were amicable and clinicians were really supportive and cared for us. The patients were very kind and supported our learning with practicing skills, taking consultations and examinations. The Dr gave us teaching and opportunities to practice. Thanks to everyone at Storrsdale Medical Centre.

Dr M provided excellent service during my cancer diagnosis process. Went over and above to ensure I was well and attended to any requests I had promptly. Would recommend.

Recently I experienced palpitations. My GP listened to me and advised a reduction in caffeine, which was effective. However, as a precaution I had a chest x-ray, an ECG, and even a visit to a specialist at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. Since then I have had a blood pressure review. The care and attention I have received has been outstanding, and I always feel listened to. I would also like to mention the reception staff, pharmacist and others who are very friendly and understanding. It's just a very good practice.

I had a great time at this surgery as a medical student. The staff were friendly and I learnt a lot from the doctors. Patients were also very helpful and supportive of my learning. Great place to practice your skills, taking consultations and doing examinations. I got to have one on one teaching with the doctor which was great.
