Trying to get an appointment for an elderly woman is impossible, can't get through by phone because they're too busy and in the afternoon too late to get an appointment for that day and they refuse to make an appointment for anytime in the future, they don't seem upset at not being able to help an 82yo woman who is half blind and ridden with cancer... Disgusting surgery, worst in town!!!

Just joined from a local practice. The clinicians here are top notch and the best clinical team ever. Having being messed around for 2 years here is the only place where they listened to me, gave me all the time I needed to explain my problem and treated me with compassion. I am glad to report that my ailment is so much better. This is how the NHS should be!

Some of the younger staff where helpful. But the older members had bad attitudes and offered no help or advice. Obviously need more training on how to talk to a patient. Impossible to get an appointment over phone or going in. Was basically told I needed luck to get an appointment. So now I am left in terrible pain with no attempt to help me. Ive tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment. Abysmal surgery

Although some of the medical staff are lovely, it is almost impossible to bet an appointment, reception staff can be very rude (although not all!), none of my health problems ever seem to get resolved, there's no continuity or consistency in care, information given by the practice is often unclear, and I don't feel it's a good GP surgery.

After moving to the area, I registered here, but have received multiple issues since registering. I have tried to change GPs but no where in the area is taking new patients, who already have a GP (so check out reviews before picking a practice). I thought the care would be the same everywhere, but I've had difficulty getting my medications, getting reviews, and getting treatment for my health conditions. The E consults often don't get responded to (online requests), it's difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone, and I've even tried going into the practice. I often feel like I'm just going round in circles.

My sister was struggling with her mental health and had been struggling to access help. She was admitted to hospital due to this and when she was discharged from hospital it was recommended she see her GP to review her medication and access ongoing support. She could not get an appt and reception staff were quite rude to her, and her meds were stopped. She's now with another surgery - her registration went through today and they've been so helpful already!

I've had so many issues with this practice. For example: forms get lost, it'd difficult to get an appointment, nearly all appointments you get are over the phone, my medical records have incorrect information, referrals never get done, staff are rude, and online requests don't get responded to.

St Marks took me off their register, before my registration to another oractice had gone through, despite telling me they wouldn't. I made contact with them about this, and they said they'd continue issuing my prescriptions until I was registered somewhere else. However, they didn't, leaving me with no prescribed meds, meaning until I am registered with a new practice I need to get my repeat meds from 111, a and e, or out of hours gps. This is difficult when I work full time, live alone, and have commitments outside of work. Hopefully ill have a new gp asap.

I'm looking at changing gp surgery due to the service I've received. I've experienced poor communication and poor organisation. It's extremely hard to get hold of anyone at the practice and I've found staff to be un-caring and unhelpful.

Very difficult to get hold of, always take around 30 minutes at least to get through. Poor communication, and just feels hard to get anything resolved.
