    Whilst it did take 3 days of calling as the reception opened I managed to secure a GP callback consultation. The doctor was very thorough listening, questioning and explaining my options in plain terms. I did not feel rushed and am happy with the proposed treatment plan.

    Had phone call off one of the doctors about menopause at St John’s medical centre She was fabulous she listened advised and put a plan in place to help me

    I have a non urgent but significant medical issue and used the econsult service. filling in details fully. On submission i just received a text saying ring at 8am to book an appointment. Its impossible to get a non emergency appointment by calling in at 8 and you cant book another type in advance. If they need to see me in person and they already have details of my problem why can they not simply book me in a future appointment or call me to book it. They know you cannot get through at 8 am and I am not comfortable taking an emergency appointment away from someone who needs it!

In response to requests from patients, we now have a number of telephone consultation appointments we can book in advance. At the telephone consultation appointment the doctor will book any required face to face appointment. We also have additional staff on the telephone from 8.00 am.     Ridiculous booking system, you can't book ahead. I've tried to book several times but cannot get a appointment. I've tried there e consultant but it was totally ignored. The NHS need to step in and sort this practice out. It's there to serve the community and it's failing miserably.

There should be a safety-netting system within eConsult which alerts the practice if it is not completed within a certain length of time.     Been with practice for years could always get an appointment or medical review know can't get in for weeks and and recently received hospital treatment and said see doctors after the weekend tried to get a appointment for burns dressing change was told nothing for 2 weeks ask about a medication review and same couldn't get an appointment always same fone on a Monday before 8 and when do all appointments gone for week or they say come to surgery for 7.50 of a morning for appointment for a call back as that's all this surgery is doing call backs especially if you have to have a face to face

    I have sent 2 econsults recently, one for me and one for my daughter. Had an acknowledgement message back both times, but no call received from the GP.

    you do have to wait for the phone to be answered or you can press one and it will ring you back when you are near the front of the queue. the receptionists are always courteous and do what they can to assist. i went for a blood test and all went well, book in sit down until appointment time, nurse comes out, blood test done, blood pressure check whilst there, sorted, home. what more can you ask. the nhs in under extreme pressure from cut backs, lack of staff, like us all, so a bit of understanding and a little bit of patience from everyone might go a long way to help them too. they must be so sick and tired of people moaning about the phones, no doctors appointments etc.,, etc., put yourself in their shoes, would you do it, or ... " c o u l d " ... you do it?

    I have relied on this GP multiple times over the past 4 years and they have always helped me when needed. This includes the receptionists, nurses and GPs themselves. I have been to the nurse multiple times for minor procedures and they have always been kind and reassuring and I cannot be more grateful to them.

    excellent in all respects. The telephone system is brilliant where you can request a call back to make your appointment and then a member of the reception staff will call you back to make the appointment. First class reception team, first class GP's
