I have just discovered that I missed a call today as I received a text to say so. I was not aware that I had a call booked and I was at work and teaching when they tried to call so my phone was on silent. How can I be expected to take a call when I have not now notified about not have had an opportunity to say whether the time and date is suitable for me?

Very pleased with treatment as nurse was very friendly and made me feel at ease I think the new system is very good where I can tap my details onto the screen

Did not try to rush me , did a thorough check and sent me for an x-ray with antibiotic aswell. An extremely nice GP. Hard to find them nowadays they normally want you in and out well that's if you get to see them at all.really put me at ease.

Great service, no waiting time, friendly staff and great facilities, very different from other GPs, also the following up process was very quick and helpful.

Actually getting an appointment continues to be hard, the phone was not answered despite me being “caller number one” for over half an hour and I was offered an appointment during the time I said I could not do! When I eventually got to see a GP, she was excellent. However, it took 12 days from getting I’ll to actually see a GP. Lastly, facilities at The Firs are much better that the old surgery, so that is good.
